Appartement bien situé

Endroit calme mais pleins de petites choses qui ne fonctionnaient pas dans l’appart ( robinet douche cassé, pas de pile dans télécommande TV, lavabo bouché, rideaux déchirés ) machine à laver en panne et quand je pose la question on me dit qu’on le savait et que quelqu’un passera le lendemain sans me prévenir …porte fenêtre sur trottoir dans l’appartement ..sécurité très limite
