DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPERTY
The holiday flat (approx. 60 m²) is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach (only approx. 20 metres away) and is situated in a quiet holiday complex - only 4 apartment units in total - directly on the lakeshore, with a private jetty, not far from the Gardaland amusement park.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed and satellite TV, a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower and WC. A washing machine and dishwasher are available.
The property is also furnished with great care. The kitchen has all electrical appliances: microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, glasses, plates, cups etc. Outside there is a terrace, a private garden and a lockable car parking space.
The property is fenced.
A stay in this holiday flat is particularly recommended for families.
The nearest shops are approx. 3km away, the nearest restaurant approx. 600m.
The flat is also furnished with great care - see under "TOTAL FACILITIES" - and is only a few minutes' walk from the centre of PACENGO.
There you will find a supermarket, a bakery, the bank, the post office, a hairdressing salon and numerous restaurants. There is also a home delivery service for pizza.
There are many shopping opportunities and large outlet centres in the immediate vicinity, where you can find branded goods at bargain prices. The atmosphere is inviting, as the shops in the outlet centre are laid out like a small shopping street and not in a closed mall.
This holiday flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark and Movieland, and the Colá Thermal Park.
The surrounding towns: Lazise, Garda, Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Valeggio + Verona offer natural beauty and interesting monuments.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Attention holidaymakers with motorboats! A buoy for your boat is also available directly at the harbour in Pacengo, just a 5-minute walk away!
