Elegantly furnished on 38 m², the apartment Ocean Suite has everything you need for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The apartment is located in the first row in the Strandallee, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, only a few steps separate you from the Baltic Sea.

You will reach the newly designed dune mile (pedestrian zone) with numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in about 60 meters.

The apartment Ocean Suite is high quality and modern and is located on the 1st Floor that can be easily reached by elevator. The bedroom, which can be seen as a separate room, has a cozy large box spring bed 200 x 180 with two wardrobes and two bedside tables. The tastefully designed shower room, as well as the cozy and modern living room offer space for 2 guests. The open, well-equipped kitchen gives the suite a special touch thanks to the cozy dining counter.

Entertainment in the evening: 2 flat screen TVs with cable connection invite you to exciting film evenings. A stereo system with CD / radio function is also part of the entertainment.

Contra: Kein Geschirrspüler wie angegeben, Flure und Eingang riechen alt/streng, Bett ist sehr weich, Vorsicht bei Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage - Auto könnte vorne aufsetzen. Pro: Appartement sieht so aus wie auf den Bildern, es war sauber, die Lage ist wirklich super, die Kommunikation mit Baltic Appartements ist super, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

Hallo, April 2022 Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage hier. Wetter super, Wohnung sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles vor Ort. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. LG. Claudia +Ingo mit Josie+Frieda

Am dritten Tag wurde das Wasser für drei Tage jeweils von 8 bis 16 Uhr abgesperrt.

Dann wurde uns eine Ersatzwohnung gestellt aber dort war die Heizung defekt und dann wurde uns gesagt wir sollten doch abreisen, da keine Ersatzwohnung mehr da wäre und ein Upgrade nicht möglich. Durch drängen und einige Stunden später wurde dann doch eine Ersatzwohnung gefunden. Dort ist die Klospühlung defekt aber die musste man dann mehrfach bestätigen und wir mussten nicht abreisen. Service war mangelhaft und der Urlaub stand unter keinem guten 🌟 Stern.

Das Apartment sah sehr modern aus und war gemütlich. Leider war das Geschirr nicht sauber, weshalb man vor Benutzung es nochmal reinigen musste. Außerdem waren an den Sofakissen noch Hundehaare.

Schönes Appartement, super Lage!

Insgesamt ein tolles Appartement, super Ausstattung, liebevolle Einrichtung, beste Lage. Lediglich Abzüge in der Sauberkeit, z.B. Schimmel in den Duschtüren, Haare auf dem Bett, Geschirr teilweise nicht ordentlich gespült.
