Exclusively furnished on 65 m², there is everything in the apartment sun deck for a successful and relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The apartment was completed in 2016 and shines with its new, high-quality furnishings.

The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach. The legendary Scharbeutz dune mile can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Enjoy the short distances and just leave your car parked.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The separate bedroom contains a cozy box spring double bed (1.80 cm wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. In the living room there is another sleeping option in the form of a comfortable sofa bed (1.60 wide). The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the balcony with garden furniture. The entire apartment has electric shutters for relaxing sleeping comfort. Underfloor heating creates an additional feel-good atmosphere.

Wohlfühlathmosphäre

wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt , entsprach den Bildern . kleiner Minuspunkt : Matratzen zu weich , Herd und Abzugsanlage waren schmutzig und die Fußbodenheizung wurde nicht rechtzeitig angstellt , daher ware es etwas frisch . Triotz allem Daumen nach oben , wir würden wiederkommen

Ferienwohnung Sonnendeck

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in dieser Wohnung. Ruhige Lage, jedoch nicht weit zum Strand. Wohnung schön eingerichtet, leider wird der große Schlafzimmerschrank zur Hälfte als Abstellraum genutzt (Staubsauger,Wäscheständer, Putzeimer). Wir hätten uns Plisseerollos zumindest am Schlazimmerfenster und Fenster hinter dem Esstisch gewünscht. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit super Wetter, konnten den Balkon Nachmittags jedoch nicht nutzen da kein schattenspendender Sonnenschirm vorhanden war. Wir hatten WLAN -Ausfall. Umgehend hatte sich der Hausmeister darum gekümmert, super. Das war unser 3. über Baltic-Appartements gebuchter Urlaub in Scharbeutz. Professionelle und problemlose Abwicklung. Buchung immer wieder gerne über Baltic-Apartements.
