This lovingly furnished 2-room apartment is approximately 57 m² and accommodates up to 4 people. It is modern and very tastefully decorated. There is a bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm), as well as a bright bathroom with a shower.

The living room features a sofa set with two armchairs that can be pulled out to form a double bed (140x190 cm), a stereo system, and an LCD TV. Connect easily to the free Wi-Fi network and stay connected even while on holiday. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The living room features a dining table. The balcony faces the sun and is furnished with patio furniture.

This apartment includes an outdoor parking space. In addition, the building has a shared laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee).
