The well-kept residential complex in which the apartment is located is about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace and quiet far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes on foot. The train station and shops are just around the corner. Perfect for traveling by train!

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, balcony and kitchen can accommodate 4 guests. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. From the living room you can reach the furnished east balcony, which invites you to breakfast in the morning with bright sunshine. The large bedroom has a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The second bedroom contains another double bed (1.60 wide) with an LED TV. The built-in closet in the hallway offers plenty of storage space. The modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet completes the beautiful apartment.

Nice property, disappointing location

The apartment was spacious and clean and exactly as advertised. We were disappointed generally with Timmendorfer Strand, it wasn’t the kind of vibe we were hoping for.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist toll aufgeteilt und hat alles, was man benötigt. Wir waren mit drei Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind vor Ort. Man kann den Strand und die kleine Innenstadt vom Timmendorfer Strand innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu Fuß ganz einfach erreichen. Auch der Weg zum eigenen Parkplatz ist sehr kurz. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist und man sowohl Nachbarn von nebenan sowie den Straßenverkehr hört.

Sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, schön hell und gemütlich. Bis zum Strand ist es zu Fuß mit kleineren Kinder recht weit, aber wir können trotzdem eine Empfehlung aussprechen.
