The new facility is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafés to relax.

Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The nearby nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer is ideal for beautiful gas tours away from the hustle and bustle.

The modern and light-flooded apartment extends over two floors. The large living room in the lower area has floor-to-ceiling windows and is ideal as a common lounge for the whole family. The cozy sofa landscape invites you to cozy film evenings and borders on the spacious dining area for six people. The modern kitchenette is right next to it, where you can conjure up culinary highlights. Also in the lower area of the apartment is one of the bedrooms with a comfortable double bed (1.80 wide) and a spacious wardrobe. You will also find the large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The upper floor is divided into two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds (each 1.40 wide). There is also another room with two armchairs, which can be used as a cozy retreat for leisurely reading sessions or for luggage storage. This family-friendly apartment can be easily reached with an elevator.

Moderne, neue Ferienwohnung

Moderne und noch recht neue Ferienwohnung mit tollem, großem Balkon. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Wohnung erneut buchen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein ausreichend großer Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Top!. Es ist schwierig, negative Punkte zu nennen. Da fällt uns nur der defekte Staubsauger ein (haben wir bei Abreise auch erwähnt). Eine Rolle Klopapier ist für 6 Personen auch recht wenig; bitte mal überdenken. Ansonsten: Top-Wohnung mit Wohlfühl-Garantie!

Schöne neue Ferienwohnung mit einigen Defiziten. Aufenthalt eine Woche mit 2 Kleinkindern Plus: Fahrstuhl, Tg Stellplatz, Dachterrasse, elektrische Rollläden, Neubau. gemütlich maritim eingerichtet. Minus: Sonnenschrirm defekt, lag abgeknickt auf Balkontisch, Balkontisch kaputt mit Holzsplittern am Tisch und abgplatztem Plastiksplittern am Boden. Fenster schmutzig, Küchenaustattung unvollständig ( Nespressso Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden, nur 3 Eierbecher und 2 Eierlöffel, 4 Trinkgläser, Kissen an Esszimmerstühlen abgerissen, Wolldecken auf dem Sofa haben große braune flecken, Duschwand verkalkt, Toilettenpapierhalterung abgerissen (hing an einer schraube ohne Dübel in der Wand, Handtuchhaken nur noch einer von zwei vorhanden, Gardrobenhaken im flur abgebrochen, Staubsuger Wackelkontakt am Kabel (geht beim saugen ständig aus) kein Besen vorhanden, Boden nicht sauber,Baustelle vorm Haus, viel Auto und Lkw Verkehr (Große Fleischfabrik direkt gegenüber auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Lkw's fahren beim verlassen der Firma jedesmal über den Fußweg, da die straße zu schmal ist. Fazit: zu laut durch Baustelle und Verkehr. Lage/Wohnung nicht Kindgerecht. Balkontisch ist sperrmüllreif und nicht identisch mit Bildern im inserat. Minus für Sauberkeit. Ausstattung Küche unvollständig. angepriesene Nespressomaschine fehlt. Hoher Preis, schön eingerichtet, gemütlich. 20 min Gehweg zum Strand

Super entspanntet Urlaub

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist außerhalb und in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Man braucht nicht lange zu Fuß bis in die Stadt und an den strand. Rundum hat man alles was man braucht :)

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir auch den Balkon nutzen. Angenehm ist die Tiefgarage und Fahrstuhl, da meine eingeschränkt gehfähige Mutter dabei war. Leider kann man mit dem Hund Vorort nicht so gut spazieren gehen.
