New accommodation located on the 1st floor of a small new residence (3 chalets of 2 floors/ 14 dwellings), at the entrance of the village of Monetier les Bains/Serre Chevalier 1500, 800 metres from the Thermal Baths and the village centre, starting point for hikes, 4 rooms fitted out for 8 people.

Composed of an entrance, a living room with large sunny terrace, mountain view, a fitted and equipped kitchen with dining area.

Kitchen equipment: electric hob, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven and microwave oven.
Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and pierrade set and fondue set. Washing machine/dryer, 2 hairdryers

Two bathrooms (showers), one with toilet + a separate toilet, electric towel dryers.
Two double bedrooms with 160cm beds and a "mountain corner" bedroom with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4).
2 televisions "the Frame", Marshall music machine, wifi (high-speed fibre).

You have a parking space under cover.
The shuttle stop is located a few steps from the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning included

Logement idéalement situé

Accueil impéccable, logement très propre, très bien équipé.Accès départ des pistes avec navette à proximité et un passage très régulier tout au long de la journée. Très calme, aucune nuisance avec les autres logements.A recommander.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement qui correspond parfaitement à la description de l'annonce. Bien équipé, avec une literie confortable, il offre tout le confort nécessaire et même plus ! La terrasse est très agréable et ensoleillée, nous avons pu y prendre nos déjeuners. L'accès aux commerces et au front de neige se fait facilement à pied ou par la navette gratuite. En plus du domaine skiable, nous avons également apprécié les Grands Bains de Monêtier, et la visite de Briançon et sa cité fortifiée, à seulement 20 minutes en voiture. Un séjour parfait, nous recommandons sans hésiter !
