The Space:

The space

Our apartment is uniquely designed. When you enter the apartment, you'll immediately notice that you are not in your average cookie-cutter apartment.



Designed by Donald Singer, who had come to Fort Lauderdale in 1964 and built this four-unit Colee Hammock apartment building that is still regarded as one of the architectural highlights of the city. Its sleek modern lines and unique placement of a single oak tree in an enclosed courtyard for each unit are a marvel to behold.



The apartment is about 800 sq ft, and it's equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is free WiFi. There is a living room with comfortable furniture and a smart TV you can use to log into your favorite streaming channels. The bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bedroom leads to a patio where you can relax and enjoy the Florida air.



In the kitchen, there is a small table for eating or drinking. The kitchen is equipped with the basics so you can enjoy a nice meal.



The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed if needed. The bathroom has laundered towels, hand towels and face cloths, soap, and shampoo.

Note: the property does not have a washer and dryer or a dishwasher.



There is central air. Note: the A/C is set at between 72 and 75.



Local attractions: the BEACH!, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers)

The entire house plus the backyard is included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.



Other things to note

Please please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the property with respect. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site and we do not provide service between 10 pm and 8 am. Also, parking is limited to one car.



Note: Receiving mail or packages is prohibited, and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.



** We are pet friendly, and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.



**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24



**Max occupancy at all times is 4. No visitors allowed; all guests must be registered.



**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.



We use integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guide you through a screening process and contract, which are required to release check-in instructions.

The Neighborhood:

The property is located in the Colee Hammocks neighborhood. We are one block north of Las Olas Boulevard. LOB is a popular thoroughfare in downtown Fort Lauderdale that runs from Andrews Avenue in the Central Business District to A1A and Fort Lauderdale Beach. The boulevard is a popular attraction for locals and visitors, being ideally situated close to Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and Port Everglades. It is considered to be South Florida's most architecturally unique, authentic, and eclectic shopping and dining district.



Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber.

Same-day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.



Note:

*The $49 waiver does not apply to same-day bookings, 1-night reservations, local guests, and reservations of more than 28 nights.

*Reservations from Bookxxg will be required to have the $500 refundable security deposit.
