Cozy Cottage by the Sea
Marsh Haven has been our southern home for over 16 years ...we have loved it's proximity to the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve , Cherry Grove Boat Ramp & the Cherry Grove point & Fishing Pier. This 1st floor condo has two entrances with front and back covered porches. It is an end unit with lots of natural light! The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen. The rear porch offers some spectacular views of the marsh with access to our private dock on a water canal. The master bedroom with private bath has sliding doors to the rear carpeted covered porch. The second bedroom has it’s own bath with a tub. This relaxing retreat is tucked away at Cherry Grove’s Point, only 100 steps to the BEACH!

My husband of 40 years and I live in Maryland and have enjoyed our southern home for over 16 years. We now have married children and grandchildren that takes us to VT and FL so we decided to put our place on VRBO to procure a Winter Rental. Why they chose this property
What we loved about our property was the location. Its situated in a quiet residential area surrounded by water. The Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Cherry Grove Boat ramp are just minutes away and offer boating, paddle boarding, hiking and fishing. Cherry Grove point is just a short walk up the beach from us, as is the famous Cherry Grove fishing pier. We are very close to the North Carolina boarder and enjoy Little River and Calabash for the golf and dining. For a busier scene, just 15 minutes south of us is Barefoot Landing. We were also drawn to this area for the moderate weather to be enjoyed year round.
