The property was in ok shape, the unit was dated and could use a little TLC. Didn't know it was a 3rd floor walkup, got tired of the steps. Great location to the beach and to Main St.

Christmas at NMB
Very nice condo with great ocean views! However, no elevator was an issue for us. We knew this going in but wanted to see if it worked for us. Elevator would have been nice! We are in the market to buy a condo in NMB and just wanted to see how a third floor with no elevator would work for us.
