The lower level includes the living and dining rooms, a fully stocked kitchen, master bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs there is a 3-bed bunk loft, jack and jill bathroom, a full bed bedroom and two twin beds bedroom.

Perfect location! Located just steps away from Tower Pool.

Outdoors you will find an enclosed patio with table with plenty of seating, grill and fire place are located at the front of this home. Free firewood supplied. Private parking for two vehicles is located behind the house.

This place is perfect to rest, relax and enjoy all that Carlton Landing has to offer! You are 1 minute away from the bocce ball courts and ping pong table. You will be about a 5-10 minute walk/or minutes in the golf cart from both of the community pools and hot tubs, Pop-Up Shops, food trucks, Mama Tigg's Pizzeria, The Meeting House (Coffee Shop) and The Beach (Lake Front).

Great place for quick weekend getaway

We love Carlton Landing and staying at this house was no different. It had everything we needed and was close to everything. We had such a good time!

Great House

We had a fun stay here. The only thing I would suggest is blinds for the windows. Also description said could use golf cart if it was working and it was not available. I would rent a golf cart next time we go as it would be a lot easy to navigate the town in a golf cart. By the time I tried to rent one all the golf carts were gone.

Sweet family getaway!

We had the best time at Carlton Landing with our family! The house is perfect- has everything you need! The owners were super easy to work with and made the check-in and check-out process easy! We loved that the house was right next to one of the pools! Excited to return!

Great place, amazing community, excellent communication!

We absolutely fell inlove with Carlton Landing! So many family friendly activities, beautiful views and homes. The owner was great about responding to questions. We're already talking about coming back next year! Our only complaint is that the first floor main bedroom doesnt have curtains, so the glass doors and windows become problematic when changing or sleeping.
