Welcome to the Gîte du Gros Chêne, fully renovated and designed to welcome you as a group for a peaceful getaway. Near La Loupe, in the heart of the Perche region, 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, this beautiful 19th-century farmhouse, with its typical regional architecture, was renovated this year. The gîte is located 800 metres from La Loupe train station (Le Mans - Paris Montparnasse line), shops (bakery, mini-market, PMU betting shop, etc.) and close to forests and lakes. The house can accommodate 15 people. It includes a total of 6 bedrooms: - Three bedrooms with queen-size beds (two on the ground floor and one upstairs). PGJyPg - A bedroom with a double bed (140cm). PGJyPg - A large bedroom/playroom with two pull-out beds, each with two single mattresses (90cm wide, which can be made into a double (160cm) when pushed up). PGJyPg - A family bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a pull-out bed with two single mattresses (90cm wide) + en-suite shower room. PGJyPg There is also a television in one of the downstairs bedrooms, in the playroom, in the family bedroom, and in the living room. PGJyPg The house has two additional bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), as well as two Toilet. The dining room is designed for large gatherings with a spacious 3m long table. The living room is equipped with a 75-inch television and a working fireplace. You can also relax on the 30m² outdoor terrace, which includes garden furniture and a gas griddle. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, classic and Tassimo coffee makers, electric kettle, toaster, large fridge/freezer, and two raclette grills. It contains all the crockery and glassware you need. As an option, a beer dispenser is available for €25, including a 5-liter keg and adapters. Please note: Parties are not allowed. The house is for the exclusive use of guests with a reservation. Smoking is prohibited in the house. The house must be left clean, the dishwasher emptied, the sheets removed from the beds, and the trash taken out and sorted into the appropriate bins.
