About this property

Super Cute pet friendly "Round House" with shared pool, quick walk to the beach

Located in the Sunday Villas just off of 11th St. Swimming Pool. Dogs OK.

Beach Retreat is located in the unique neighborhood of the Sunday Villas. They are pod shaped houses built back in the 70's but have been renovated to modern times. A fun retreat with a culdesac neighborhood and a shared pool right in the middle. This house has recently remodelled and gets lots of light. It has a great deck for soaking up the sun. Dogs are OK too. Come join us for some fun and make some lasting memories. The beach is a quick walk or a short drive away.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
When booking please let us know if you are bringing dogs so that we may adjust your balance.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.

Beach Retreat was a wonderful stay! It had everything we needed for bedding, cooking, bathroom, pool, pup, etc. Cute decor inside, nice to wash sand off outdoors downstairs, breezy porch in the evenings, close proximity to drive to beach or fun downtown Port A. Will definitely be back again!

Perfect Place

The home was renovated and everything was brand new. It’s a short walk to the beach. Early April was a great time to come. It is a really great community.

Super cute neighborhood

The neighborhood was super cute and the location to the beach was only a sort walk or drive, beach parking was not a issue so it was very easy to move from the rental to the beach by car. We enjoyed our stay during sand fest weekend and look forward to returning to Port A. The rental is cute and the couple of issues I had were taken care of by the property managers very swiftly, they were easy to work with and made me feel welcome, I look forward to my next stay with them.

Cute round house

Nice little place! Tiny but worked well for our trip. Property manager was very responsive with any questions. Area rug was very dirty but the rest of the condo was clean. Hopefully that will get replaced soon. Would rent again!

We had an amazing time

The property was so nice. I think the only thing I’d like a bit more of is shade at the pool. The pool was like a hot tub with no escape from the sun. The other issue we had was someone parked their golf cart in our parking lot under our car port and it was there for 2 days. The rest of the stay was absolutely beautiful.

Quaint home

Good, Clean, close to pretty much everything, quiet. All in all it is a cute place with a unique lay-out. Bad, Tv in living room is locked with only default selections, cannot add youtube, rumble, peacock, etc. to watch your programs. Tried to contact them in regards to tv's being locked out and was told they cant unlock them.There is 2ft of hanging closet space in 1 bedroom for the entire upstairs. Not that it rains alot down there, but if it does (as it did for 3 days) there are no gutters above the stairs going down so you cannot avoid getting poured on when using the stairs since the roof empties onto you. I would consider staying again hoping that the tv issue is addressed. Rain was just bad timing since it is the season, closet size isnt horrible if your not bringing alot of hanging clothes since there are dressers.
