Located in Chalet Village North!!! Fantastic location conveniently located off the parkway between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Rustic Retreat is a newly built cabin with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It's on a quiet dead-end street, just a short drive to the north clubhouse, which includes pools, tennis courts, outdoor games, paved walking trails and concessions. There is plenty of driveway space to accommodate several vehicles.

Rustic Retreat is an open floor plan cabin with large windows facing the view! The cabin is stocked with all your essentials, memory foam mattresses and comfortable gathering spaces throughout, as well as 6 TV's! Enjoy a game of pool, foosball or an arcade game or relax in the hot tub and take in the amazing view!

Three of the four bedrooms have their own master bathroom. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level and sleeps up to 8 children (3 adults, see note below). There is a large bathroom to accommodate that bedroom.

There is plenty of seating for dining, inside and out! If you're a grill master, we haven't forgotten you. On the deck is a gas grill waiting to be fired up to prepare your steaks, burgers, and chicken.

Please Note: Although the cabin sleeps 15 people, the top bunk beds can ONLY accommodate children due to weight limits. And the bottom bunk can hold 2 children or 1 adult. We have a maximum of 10 adults per booking. Wheelchair accessible:
The main entrance, main floor bedroom, and bath are wheelchair accessible.

Sleeping arrangements:

There is a king on the second floor which is ground level. The bunk beds and single bed are all in one room on the 1st floor which is the basement and there is a queen room and king room on the 3rd floor

*There will be a $250 security deposit credit card hold that you will see on your card before check-in time. It will not be charged unless the terms of the rental agreement are reported to have not been followed at checkout. This credit hold will expire after your reservation is complete.
