• Full-Kitchen: granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, cookware, dishes, a crockpot, bakeware, cutlery and a coffee machine

If you're looking for a delicious cup of coffee and pastry, head over to The Donut Friar, located downtown at The Village. And for a satisfying breakfast, you can enjoy the tasty offerings at The Pancake Pantry, located directly adjacent to The Village.
• Outdoor Activities: For outdoor enthusiasts, spending a day at Anakeesta is a must-visit. This outdoor theme park offers a range of activities such as zip lining, gondola rides, and a treetop play area, among others. Besides the fun-filled activities, the park also boasts incredible views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Another fantastic destination for nature lovers is the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is only about a 10-15 minute drive away. Plan a visit to the park to enjoy scenic drives, hiking trails, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
• Places to See: If you're looking for a shopping experience, make sure to visit The Village. This area offers a quaint European-themed village atmosphere with 27 unique boutiques, clothiers, eateries, and galleries to discover. And if you need to pick up some everyday essentials, the Dollar General and Ace Hardware store are conveniently located less than 10 minutes away.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Anticipate Wildlife Encounters: While we encourage you to enjoy the local wildlife, please be aware that wildlife encounters can occur in or near your rental. Please note that no refunds will be issued for wildlife-related issues in accordance with our rental policy. Feel free to reach out to us for exterminator services if needed during your stay.
• Please note our cabin has stairs. However, there is 1st level access to the kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and living area
• Our cabin is not toddler-friendly. We do not have gates or child proofing, but we welcome kids! We do not provide baby accessories, high chairs, pack n plays or dishes
• Please note guests should bring items they need, as shampoos, soaps, hand soap, dish detergent, and laundry detergent are not guaranteed
• The coffee machine is dual service with drip and pod. Please note we do not guarantee filters and pods, and do not provide grind coffee
• Guests need to bring their own charcoal for the BBQ
• Please note the hot tub is emptied and refilled after every guest and may be cold if it is emptied the same day. It takes about 4 to 6 hours to heat up
• The public pool has no access codes and if the gate is locked, then the pool is closed - No exceptions
• Please note the shared outdoor pool is only open during the summer months
• We do have DVD players, but we ask guests to bring their favorite DVDs or rent some if they want to watch them
• Sorry, pets are not allowed on the property
• Lawn Maintenance: Lawn care may be performed periodically from now until September. The landscaper will only work outside, and no one needs to be present.
• Please note the clubhouse is not for usage
• If you're traveling by car, there is a smaller driveway in front of the cabin, with limited complimentary parking on the street. You can also find limited parking down by the pool
• Extra garbage pickup can be arranged for an additional fee. Guests are encouraged to contact us directly to coordinate this service.
• We are pleased to provide host and guest liability and damage protection! Upon booking, you will receive a secure link to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal
