We had a wonderful stay at Just Like Bearadise! The cabin was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect for exploring the Smokies while still feeling peaceful and secluded. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a mountain escape!
We spent a fun weekend at this cozy cabin. It was great for the price, nothing fancy. Owner was super responsive via VRBO to minor issues. Hot tub was great, loved having a gas stove. Water pressure is not great, but it worked. View is great, location is perfect, close to everything.

Telaryn - So glad you enjoyed your stay. Please come back again!
Cabins were in a great location. They were close to Bryson City. Best part is there were a couple issues with the cabin we booked. The management responded immediately. When they couldn’t fix the issue, they moved us to another cabin that worked out perfectly. A on customer service.

Hi Frank, thanks so much for sharing. We appreciate your feedback.
Very nice property. Only one bedroom and bath on first level which made the stairs a challenge for old folks but we would do it again. Everything was spic and span and well organized.

Thank you for your feed back and we would love to host you again. Come back and see us!
The property was great for a quick family getaway. It was perfect for a dog as all the floors were a linoleum wood floor. It was roomy and every room had its own bathroom. Bed's were comfortable. A little dated but clean. The view was beautiful. We had an amazing moonrise over the mountains. On the downside the basement bedroom and bathroom where the master suite was located did not have air conditioning. We did find a box fan in the closet that we used. Some recommendations. The journey up the road was especially steep at the end. My car spun its wheels getting up to the top on the gravel road. I think this should be noted. Some vehicles may not make it up that hill. Especially a small sportscar.A note should be placed near the hot tub. It worried me that the tub was running sometimes at night. It should be noted near the tub that it may do this to recycle the water and this is normal. My husband accidentally turned off the pilot light. Yes, there were directions. A bit confusing. We have a gas fireplace with a remote control that makes it very easy to turn on and off. I'm not sure if this could be installed. The rental company was very nice and staff was helpful.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad your family enjoyed the beautiful views, comfortable accommodations, and pet-friendly space. We appreciate your helpful suggestions regarding the road, hot tub, fireplace, and downstairs cooling, and will share them with our team. We hope to welcome you back!
The property was nice, and view fantastic, but several issues. Hot tub out of service, ice maker not working, issues with tv's, lucky we had four-wheel vehicle for driveway, property was difficult to find as not visible from road and behind another cabin, WiFi would go off frequently, and received notification from VRBO in middle of our stay that host cancelled our reservation.

Hi Lamar, thank you for sharing. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We did offer to move you to a different cabin; however, you chose to stay. The reservation was not cancelled, but it imported into our new software system. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to share with our staff.
Took a weekend away to get away. Was just what I needed. Love the area and have been there many times I knew what to expect from the roads. I was disappointed that the gravel driveway at the top was washed out a bit making it very steep. This is really my only complaint. The place was just as listed and the views were awesome. Very close to Bryson City, hope on the GSM expressway and go to Cherokee or the other way to Fontana Dam. Wonderful area and you won’t be disappointed by a stay here. I’d suggest AWD or 4 WD if your not used to mnt roads.

Robert - Thank you for the feedback. We hope you will come and stay with us again!
Overall, had a great time staying at Just Like Beardise. The property was clean, had everything we needed and was situated with a beautiful view of the mountains. If there was one thing that could be improved, was a better situated fire pit. The one on site is around the back of the house with no seating. The dirt road up was a little scary, but completely doable. Make sure to download/print the directions before going, because our Wi-Fi didn’t work once we got up top and we had trouble locating the property. The after hours receptionist was helpful and we found our way. Would definitely reserve again!

Thank you for the feedback Katy - We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at the cabin. We would love to have you stay again!
We had a good visit it was close to the polar express so perfect for our stay. It was hard to find at first but once we did it was easy to get to. When we arrived it was 50 degrees in the house and the fire place would not work. We talked with the property manager who was amazing and very responsive. They said someone would be out the next day to fix it but it never got fixed. The property and house was very pretty but the floors were dirty when we arrived, there were lots of dead lady bugs around and we found hair in our beds the first night. The hot tub was broken so we did not get to use it but they did tell us that verse hand and let us know we could change houses if we needed to. Overall it was a good stay.

Hi Brittany, thanks for sharing. We will be sure to address with our staff. We hope to have you back.
What a fantastic property..the house is phenomonal..we had 7 people and with 3 floors it's easy to not get i Der each other's feet. We stayed over Christmas..when we arrived a Christmas tree was there lit and decorated
The temps went below 0 several.nights and we had Christmas snow, in fact it snowed 3 days...couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
My onl suggestion would be grab bars on the main. Level shower...we had an i1 year old and she had a little trouble getting in amd out of the shower.
The furnace did a great job keeping the main floor and loft warm
The basement was cold. The gas logs helped. My suggestion would be a separate heating source for the basement.
Overall it's an amazing cabin
I am definately going to rent it again..
It has also made me want to look onto buying property amd building a cabin for rental myself.
Thank you for everything

Brain, Thank you so much for you input- we are very happy that you had such a great time with us and cant wait to see you back!
It's a beautiful cabin with amazing views. The only thing that I had a problem with were the black burn like holes in the box spring cover on the basement bed and no chairs on the basement deck where the hot tub is.
The house was well appointed and just like the listing said it was. Nice rooms, uncomfortable beds, but tell me where there is good beds away from home! Lol. We had a wonderful time with family and enjoyed our stay!
