Doodle Dunes is a picturesque and elegant home located in the tranquil neighborhood of Watersound West on the South side of 30A, near Deer Lake State Park. In our neighborhood you can stroll and bike along picturesque paths and streets, waltz into the zero-entry heated community pool, or stroll down our private boardwalk passing our beautiful outpouring dune lake and ending at our own piece of the Gulf of Mexico, complete with stunning sugar white sand and emerald waters! This home is perfect for those who want a private, peaceful, and quiet beach vacation surrounded by natural beauty while being close to all the local attractions.

Adults will appreciate the home’s upscale coastal décor, abundant light, and beautiful views of the lake. Kids will love the fun bunkroom with six beds and ensuite bath, the TV lounge on the upstairs landing, and, of course, high speed internet.

Enjoy relaxing mornings on the screened-in porch or upstairs balcony and make memories eating around our large outdoor dining table. Meal prep is a delight in the large modern kitchen. There are three master bedrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs, each have a king size bed, an ensuite bath and large Smart TVs.

Watersound West is ideally located in the heart of 30A. Our house is 0.7 miles from the Old Florida Fish House and Buddy’s seafood market, 1.7 miles from The Hub, 5 miles from Rosemary Beach, and 4 miles from Seaside, and close to Deer Lake State Park beach access.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Doodle Dunes Delivered

Doodle Dunes is a beautiful home. It is great for large family gatherings at the beach. The home has many extra features such as a butler pantry. The porches were so relaxing during our stay. We had what we needed to dine in. We enjoyed the outdoor grill. The golf cart was great getting our growing family down to the boardwalk. It is a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy a vacation.

Perfection!

This house was the perfect get away. The location was great because it is in a gated community away from the crowds at rosemary beach and seaside. We loved how it sits on a little pond and enjoyed having our coffee on the porch. The walking trails and parks were charming. The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The walk to the beach along the boardwalks is easy and scenic. . Golf cart to pool and boardwalks made it easier on my mom. We also rode our bikes to the beach as well. We would love to come back and stay at this property again. The only suggestion I have is to review supplies for kitchen. We couldn’t find wine glasses, or a strainer for pasta and shrimp.

Beautiful home!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was wonderful!! The layout worked great for our 2 families!! There were several maintenance issues upon arrival but they were addressed & resolved quickly with the exception of the ice machine & the refrigerator drawers in the butlers pantry which were waiting on parts. The management was outstanding!! A couple of kitchen items lacking...a pitcher, Tupperware w/lids that matched, a large cookie sheet & a strainer. This home came with a golf cart which was a nice addition but it did not come w/any bikes which was a major bummer since golf carts are not permitted on the boardwalk and it’s a long walk. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this home!!
