The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1980, renovated in 2000, and functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town center. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.

The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. In the same house there are holiday apartments KRK MAL 539 (5 persons), KRK MAL 540 (2 persons) and KRK MAL 541 (5 persons). Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
