Million dollar view of the Caribbean Sea. This 1200 square foot condo is literally steps from the beach gate at Mills Harbour Condominiums. Enjoy your coffee with the gentle Caribbean breeze blowing through your hair or relax with your favorite rum drink at the beach both while taking in the breathtaking view. Our condo offers you so much more.

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Split a/c in every room. Breezes, breezes, breezes! There is a comfortable porch overlooking Christiansted Harbour and Buck Island. One can watch the sea planes take off and land, soak up a gorgeous sunrise or play a game on the porch with friends.

Living room is comfortable with a bar area, 2 couches and a recliner. Bring your favorite channel's passwords and you can watch your favorite shows whenever you want. Need to get some work done? Bring your laptop out to the deck table and enjoy the warmth and sun while working.

There is a full kitchen with electric grill, microwave, stove, oven and lobster pot. If you enjoy cooking our local foods or bring your own meats from home the choice is yours. St Croix has MANY great options for dining also.

Recent updates include new tile ( not pictured yet) and fresh paint in several rooms, improved Wi-Fi, room darkening curtains in second bedroom, curtains in the living area for more privacy and to keep the morning sun at bay, wall decor, new fry pans, knives, additional deck furniture and so much more. You have a million dollar view and an amazing breeze to enjoy.

There is an on-site restaurant and bar next to the oceanside pool. Grill and picnic area, onsite coin laundry mat next to the condo to serve your needs best.

Mill Harbour is just a 1.5 miles about a 3 minute drive from the lovely historic town of Christiansted which boasts a beautiful harbor, downtown boardwalk, many restaurants and bars, and the Christiansted National Historic Fort (U.S. National Park) where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.

Great place

Great place to stay with an amazing view from balcony! Owners were great to deal with and responded quickly to messages. Only slight complaints would be the WiFi was not working. It didn’t really bother me because I was out exploring and enjoying the island. I would stay again

The Perfect Getaway

Having not been to St. Croix before we knew we had to rely on previous guest experiences. Many listing on VRBO were light on review, property details and personal host information. We were happy to find this property and the view was exactly what was in write up. Enjoyed our visit relaxing on St. Croix!

Wonderful vacation on a beautiful island

My girls and I had a great time. The condo was beautiful. We absolutely loved the balcony. That’s where we spent the most time while there and not exploring the island. The winds helped with the heat. Owners were very fast to respond to emails. Troy at the gate was very friendly and greeted us with kindness. Grateful to their friend Steve for coming to our rescue when we couldn’t get in! He gave us ideas of where to explore and shop on the island. Will definitely stay again!! Thank you again.

communication with the owners are awesome, and the AC unit did work :) the pictures need to be updated on the website. great location, however, the place definitely needs up grades, ie paint interior, uneven and loose tiles, broken bedroom blinds, no scrub pad for dishes, wifi was not working for 2-3 days , when it finally did work, it only worked in the main room, regular cable definitely did not work, coffee pot was not working, so the owner sent over a used one, pots and pans / kitchen ware needs thrown away, and no cutting knives to be found. would i stay there again indeed once upgraded. overall it was a great stay and the locals are friendly

Great location! Newly remodeled. It is even more lovely than the pictures. Very responsive owners. The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable!

Welcome to our Paradise Breeze home. I (Deb) am a practicing dentist in rural Iowa and David works alongside of me as the office manager. We have 4 adult children and they live all over the states. Since the kids are gone we needed something to do. lol We have always loved to travel and knew that one day we wanted to own a home in the Caribbean.

Why they chose this property

During the pandemic we decided to start fulfilling our dreams of owning a home in the Caribbean. We researched the various islands and decided to start our search at St. Croix. By the time we left the island we had a realtor and within 8 months we found this condo online and bought it sight unseen. We stayed in a lower unit during our first stay and loved this area. It is close to Christiansted and the beaches are fantastic.

What makes this property unique

Why this property? We found the beach here easy to snorkel and, with the tire reef, it has an abundance of fish. I enjoy the pool for an evening swim and our view of Buck Island and the Caribbean is amazing! Relax, enjoy the sunrise and rest up at Paradise Breeze.
