Studio 2 - Cosy: Relaxation and comfort guaranteed

Close to the Angoulême TGV station and main roads N10 and N141, this studio, just 6 minutes from the city center, offers easy access to key attractions.

The studio is ideal for remote work, featuring high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace with a desk and comfortable chair.

Enjoy a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and free parking. Located on the first floor, this studio ensures a pleasant and convenient stay.

For your comfort, the studio is equipped with a large bed (160x200) consisting of two mattresses (80x200), an open kitchen, and a bathroom. Bed linens and towels are provided, but please note that shampoo and shower gel are not supplied.

You will also find a toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, L'Or Barista coffee machine, and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

A QR code will allow you to connect to free high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber), and you can enjoy a Smart TV. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace with a desk and a comfortable chair for remote work.

Free parking is available less than 100 meters from the building, at Place de la Chaume.

This accommodation is non-smoking, and for everyone’s peace and quiet, parties are prohibited. We kindly ask that you avoid making noise between 10 PM and 8 AM.

Finally, for an optimal setup after a long journey, a welcome tray awaits you upon arrival.

Everything is fully self-service, with a code lock and a key box. Upon booking, you will receive all the necessary instructions. Your access codes will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival. When you depart, simply return the key to the key box.
