This beautiful apartment is our pride and joy. We always dreamed about having a short- term rental. A place we can share with wonderful guests. Where they can feel welcome and right at home. Conveniently located, minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, beautiful beaches, amazing restaurants, supermarkets, gas station and close to main highways.

It was quiet the area is a little run down but seemed pretty safe it was pretty clean but the water pressure is really low all in all I didn’t mind it too much it’s good for a single guy and as I always do I cleaned up after myself and left it pretty clean

The location was great, the neatness as well

It was a very niceplace to stay, everything you need was at reach reach. It was clean and nice, I felt secured. My only note will be that I will pay more if the place have another AC in the living room/ kitchen. it was very hot and the water flow was very slow, it took me longer to take a shower than normal. Take ear plugs if rooster bother you . Other that that I will love to rent again
