THE HOUSE
The Mickey's Palm Resort Villa 7720 Comrow Street is a completely updated, locally managed 2297 square foot five-bedroom / five-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa that sleeps up to 10. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open-concept living area with contemporary décor. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV or the completely private wooded view just beyond the pool. There is also free high-speed internet and cable throughout the home so you can keep in touch with friends back home.

Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room, there is a screened lanai with a large (optional heating) SOUTH/WEST-facing swimming pool and spa, complete with LED color change lighting. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a six-person dining area outdoors, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors whenever you want. This home also affords you a lot of privacy in a conservation area with NO REAR NEIGHBORS directly behind you. It is like having your own private resort!

Near the living room space is the formal dining room area with a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you will enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a delivered meal from your favorite restaurant.

This home has everything you need to feel right at home, including PS5 game systems and video games. You will love the number of personal amenities, from blow dryers to the vacuum. Traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site highchair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller already provided. The home is even complete with two-floor safes for your passports and valuables.

The Palm kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full-course meals for your family. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit, share a cup of coffee, and have a good conversation. There is also a dinette in the kitchen where you can easily serve four, and it is also great for gathering guests for a card game after dinner.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" Smart TV perfectly positioned for late-night viewing. You won't believe the owner's bath and the size of this room as it is truly fit for royalty.

The second master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" flat-screen Smart TV. This room also has an en-suite bath.

The three kids’ bedrooms are done in Disney themes. The first-floor room is decorated in classic Disney fashion and includes twin over full bunks. The two upstairs kids' rooms are on their own floor and are decorated modern style with Toy Story and Frozen themes. This Private kid's floor is complete with "KIDS LOFT," offering a pull-out couch, XBOX, and a huge flatscreen, ensuring overwatch and fortnight will never be the same. (PS5 may not be in due to covid supply. ASK the host before booking) Each kid's room offers smart TVs with Disney+ active and running so kids can watch their favorite shows as they doze off to another great day. Each kid's room also provides a private bathroom so they will feel like an actual prince or princess.

All five bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms, including a shower, tub, or a combination of both.

ENTERTAINMENT
The real treat at Mickey's Palm Resort is the 400 square foot STAR WARS-themed game room with a full-size regulation 8' pool table, foosball table, Air hockey, and TWO systems PS5 and Xbox each systems with 55” gaming screens. This new room is so fun with the LED lighting and custom game chairs. Fortnite and Overwatch will never be the same.

Offered FREE to our guests, the Windsor Hills community provides a wealth of entertainment possibilities, including a massive pool with a water park that opened in 2018, Free to you as our guests. The two water slides and splash pad will provide hours of fun. The community offers a game room, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, playgrounds, a private theater, and much more. There is so much to do that you may need help finding time to visit Disney World!

EV CHARGING: EV Charging is just outside the front door 1 block away in Windsor community and has 6 pay chargers.
*SECURITY CAMERAS There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value the privacy of guests. NO cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
