We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

January 2019: Themed bedrooms (Star Wars, Toy Story & Mickey), new living room furniture, 65" smart TV for living room, dishes, Keurig machine

January 2020: New 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, updated dining room furniture

March 2020: New washer and dryer

October 2020: Refreshed Marvel theme in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms. Installed Ring doorbell and cameras for safety.

November 2020: Installed dusk to dawn switch for outside lights.

December 2020: Converted spare garage into Marvel themed theater room.

January 2021: Redecorated master bedroom suites.

March 2021: New carpeting in bedrooms, stairs and upstairs hallway (subsequently updated to vinyl tile in January 2024)

December 2021: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

May 2022: Repainted foyer, kitchen, living room dining room and hallways.

June 2022: Air conditioning added to theater and game room.

October 2022: Installed Stormtrooper barracks in the upstairs Star Wars bedroom.

December 2022: Added landscaping behind pool.

March 2023: New orange sectional couch for living room.

June 2023: New custom artwork for living room.

September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game, updated living room entertainment center, added string lights to pool area, replaced kitchen faucet, new ceiling fans in living room and lanai. Reconfigured Star Wars wall to turn on from light switch at the door.

December 2023: New dining room table and chairs, new kitchen table and chairs, new patio table and chairs.

January 2024: Custom Mickey pool installed, kitchen cabinets painted and new flooring installed throughout the house.

February 2025: Updated game room with a 1Up Arcade

Wow! What a great vacation!

Plenty of room for everyone! We had 4 generations of family represented at one point during our stay! The house location literally CANNOT be beat! Walmart has everything you could need 2 blocks away - from groceries, to swim goggles, Loads of Disney apparel and merch, and even wine, beer and liquor. We tried several local restaurants - all convenient and tasty. The Sushi was awesome and Lazy Dog was wonderful too. The house had all the things we needed, the pack'n'play high chair made everything easier for baby's mom, and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay. Chris was responsive and timely when we had a hiccup because I had forgotten to provide my nephews name for access at the gate! And we enjoyed our days in the parks, but equally enjoyed our "resort days" - time by the Mickey pool and in the hot tub at the house! Overall a treat and we will definitely be back! Thanks Chris!

Great house with many fun things to do. Loved having three bedroom suites on the main floor for the adults and two bedrooms with their own bathroom upstairs for the kids. Super quick responses from the owner and everything was explained to us in detail prior to arrival. We had a great experience and I would definitely stay there again.

The layout of the homes is great. It is so convenient to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Getting ready in the morning for a day at the parks is so much easier. Thank you Debbie. The Mickey pool was my most recently completed pool make over. The other houses have the Battle of Endor (Star Wars), quidditch court (Harry Potter) and Cinderella's castle (Princesses Assemble). You'll have to try one of those on your next visit.

Perfect Villa

We had a great time in Orlando, this villa was perfect for the location to all the parks and for using as a Base. We were able to enjoy a couple of rest days here, with the pool and hot tub we barely needed to use all the other facilities in Windsor Hills resort. Would recommend!

We loved everything about the villa, the rooms are spacious, the pool is excellent and the game and movie room are a big bonus! The location is excellent, nearby the parks and shops/restaurants. We also loved Winsor Hills with the club house and large pool. At last, but not least, we had an excellent host! We had very pleasant contact and received every time a very swift response. It's amazing how nice it is to stay at a house instead of a hotel. So much more room and I try to have everything you need in the kitchen. Plus on a per person/bedroom basis, it's a fraction of what you'd pay for a hotel (on property or not). We'd love to have you back for another mini or full vacation!

As a father of two, I've always valued creating lasting memories with my children—whether it was beach getaways, Disney vacations, or weekends at the lake. As they grew, I stayed involved by coaching their sports teams and leading youth programs. One of the most impactful experiences for us was the YMCA Parent-Child Program (formerly Indian Guides and Indian Princesses), where I eventually became the head volunteer for both groups. These programs were all about building meaningful bonds through fun, shared events—a philosophy I’ve carried into my work as a short-term rental host.

In 2018, a fellow dad introduced me to the idea of owning vacation homes near Disney. After some consideration, I purchased our first property—Galaxy Beyond—and spent the first year learning the ropes. That experience sparked a new passion, and by the end of 2019, I had added a second home—Princesses Assemble. When the pandemic hit, I leaned into the opportunity and added a third property in July 2020—now known as Villa 9 ¾, inspired by Harry Potter.

In early 2021, I left my full-time job to focus entirely on short-term rentals. Our fourth home, A Villa Far, Far Away, a Star Wars-themed retreat, was a full renovation project that unlocked a creative side I didn’t know I had. Since then, I’ve continued to expand and evolve our portfolio, including the Marvel-inspired SHIELD Safe House in 2022 and the transformation of Villa 9 ¾ in 2023.

Today, my mission is simple: to create immersive, memory-filled vacation homes where families can laugh, connect, and make the kind of memories that last a lifetime—just like I’ve done with my own.
