The apartment houses each consist of 4 identical apartments. The 40 m² apartment is set over 2 floors and has a private, furnished outdoor terrace. On the ground floor, the combined lounge / bedroom room with sofa bed, telephone, satellite TV, dining area and kitchenette (2-plate electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle). Upstairs there is a bedroom with box spring bed (180x210, separate mattresses) and the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The centerpiece of the complex is a fully covered indoor center with a varied backdrop of international themed restaurants, theater restaurant and á la carte restaurant, bar, small arcade with shops (supermarket, souvenir, boutique), games room, bowling alley and pub. Designed with the utmost diversity in mind, the total area of more than 65 hectares offers enough space to fulfill all holiday dreams. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
