Great location and floor plan for a large family.

Great house for our family of 7. Our five kids ages 4-17 all had all they needed for a great trip and easy access to the beach. Loved the lay out of the floor plan and how it all worked. Was a quiet place and loved the location. Mid April we pretty much had the beach to ourselves as there were few people around. Perfect stay

Great place!

This place was clean and beautiful. The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. The downstairs view was not as good because of the palm trees. We love that it is right on the beach. Our family had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

Awesome Place

Out of all the years we’ve been coming to PCB, this by far was the best. Great location, not congested, easy parking, easy access to the beach, townhouse was clean and modern. Looking forward to next year.

We love The Shores!

We've been staying at The Shores for over 35 years now. We love this unit. The layout of these condos is so great for families or really anyone that prefers to be right on the beach and away from all the high rises. Our only note is that the kitchen could be a little more well stocked. We needed a colander as we were prepping dinner one night and didn't have one. And as most rentals, it would be great to have a few more kitchen towels to make it through the week. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. We had a lovely week!

Great location in quieter area with a peaceful beach. The townhouse is clean and well equipped. My only warning is for people with large vehicles. Parking may be tight and if your truck is raised you may not fit in the parking area. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Spring Break - 2025

These townhouses were very quiet. The beach was very family friendly and not crowded. There is only parking for 2 vehicles (which is what the listing stated) The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults/teens.Kitchen was well stocked and there were 3 coffee pots one being a Keurig. There was not a colander, which wasn’t a big deal but we like to read reviews to see what we need to bring with us. The toaster has seen better days but works. The hot water was minimal and we had to stagger showers and the water doesn’t get very hot. The water pressure is very low and there were problems with the drains draining in the downstairs tub and the sinks. Overall we loved this place and would book again if we had a small group like we did this year.

No issues with the place, except the garage door entry, which leads to the interior door to gain entry into the home. Garage door code entry would take close to 10 minutes sometimes before it worked. Interior door code worked quickly and easily every time. We just left the garage door open until bedtime and kept our vehicle locked. The place itself is nice. Very convenient to be able to walk right out onto the beach or have dinner from either of the two balconies overlooking the beach. Vacasa was basically impossible to reach after check-in. They were very thorough prior but several attempts to reach them to discuss the severe delay with the garage door were all unsuccessful after 20 minutes of being on hold. We would certainly stay here again, but havce plenty of discussion with Vacasa, prior to arrival, about the garage door code.

Great Location! Nice Townhouse with some exceptions.

The property is very nice and the location is amazing! Great access to beach and great views, as well. While the townhouse decor and setup is really nice, there were some missing things that kept this from being an overall 5-star stay. The kitchen lacked basic staples that should be included in any site at this price point. There was no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, filters, etc. There were only two dishwashing packets and no extra garbage bags for a 4-night stay. Half of the beach chairs were broken. The king bed in the master bedroom was pretty firm. Very easy to put a thicker, more substantial topper on this. And the sheets on the king bed were queen size so they kept coming off. We had a great time here and these things were not deal breakers, but they should have been addressed. It should also be mentioned that the exterior of this set of townhouses is very worn and decaying. But it seems that they are being remodeled, starting further down from where we stayed.

Loved it!

We loved this home! For our family, it was the perfect distance away from the tourist traps to be a little calmer and slower paced, but still only a half hour max from some of our favorite spots. There is some room for improvement. We had to wait for maintenance to let us in when we arrived because the electric garage door mechanism was broken, and then maintenance couldn’t fix it the entire time we were there, which meant we had to manually open and close a heavy door, which did not have any handles for this purpose. Additionally, a key or keypad entry for the back porch would be convenient so that we could go to the beach and keep the home locked, without having to walk around the front of the building units. Our only final issue was that for 8 people for 5 days we were provided 3 rolls of toilet paper only that had all already been open, 1 roll of paper towels, also that was opened and already used, and only 2 trash bags that were paper thin and tore easily. The home itself was clean. The bedrooms were perfect for our group of 2 couples with a pair of both 11 and 7 year old girls. The beach front access with water wash off at the unit were amazing. Love the porch and balcony!! Also found the AC worked great, which is a HUGE issue for our family!! And it was a pleasant surprise to find the beach accessories we wanted, like chairs, umbrellas, etc. We would absolutely book this home again.

Very logical layout and clean unit. Nice bathrooms. Good view of ocean. Great for 3 couples or family of 6 (no more) Not a crowded section of beach. Decks get very hot in afternoon. No combo lock or key provided for beach access door. Limited supplies in kitchen - salt and pepper, etc

Spring break 2022

You can't beat the location the best in PCB! The beaches were never crowded and the pool wasn't either. The townhome was nicely remodeled and everything was lovely. You have everything you will need right there. The beds were all super comfy and kitchen was well stocked as well as plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The garage for parking is nice and there were even beach chairs in there to use which was a bonus. Only complaint was that when you have guests on either side of you that park in spot outside their garage it makes it hard to get in and out. That only happened to us 1 day and other then that it wasn't bad. We have stayed in PCB several times and this townhouse by far is our favorite! We will definitely be back!

Beautifully updated(mostly) property, great location!

Wonderful beach getaway

We really enjoyed our time here. 2 adults and 3 teenagers had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Condo was clean, light and fresh. Access to the beach is amazing and view from master bedroom deck was unbeatable. Short drive to Pier Park for shopping and restaurants made for a great day. There is a grocery store within walking distance and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Thank you for a memorable family trip! We will definitely be back!
