A short stroll over a bridge leading you to beautiful Aliso Beach and Treasure Island Beach. You don't cross busy PCH or any streets to get to the beach --perfect for kids! 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath ocean view home on private street which means it is very peaceful and beach-goers will not be parking in front of the house all day and night. Please see aerial view with easy walk over the bridge to the best beach in Laguna! It's also just steps to Montage Resort, The Ranch, and Gelson's shopping center with CVS, sushi, Mexican, pizza and more!
Laguna Beach free trolley runs all year -pick-up and drop-off is just steps away at the corner and in front of the Montage Resort. No need for a car! It has many stops all along Coast Highway and throughout Laguna Beach -download the Laguna Beach trolley app for real-time info on the trolley's locations and routes.
Small park with sitting area directly across the street all on a private road.
Enjoy your day at the best beach in Laguna, come home to shower in the warm-water outdoor shower, take a dip in the jacuzzi, cocktails on the ocean/Catalina view deck, then head over to the Montage or The Ranch for dinner and live music. You also have several options at the shopping center that is all within walking distance. Or take the free trolley into town with the pick-up/drop-off at the corner!
First level: 2 bedrooms each with Queen beds, smart TV's, ceiling fans and French doors leading out to the garden with spa and outdoor shower. One of the bedrooms also has a new sofa with a pullout bed in addition to the queen size bed. A foldable mattress is also available to go in any room. Full bath with two sinks. 2 car garage and laundry room.
Second level: Pool table room with bar/fridge, gorgeous ocean and Catalina views with 2 sets of French doors leading out to a large ocean view balcony with plenty of seating for sunset drinks and appetizers. Brand new kitchen with new appliances, lounge area with TV/surround sound.
Third level: Primary bedroom with full bath, walk-in closet, smart TV, ceiling fan, amazing white water ocean views and balcony.
Garden has outdoor shower and brand new Jacuzzi.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All bedding, including duvet covers, must be put into three 13-gallon kitchen trash bags and placed by the front door labeled: primary bedroom, bdrm 1, bdrm 2.
Leave two sets of front door keys and two garage door openers on kitchen table with house info binder.
Do not leave any appliance running while home is not occupied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time during the hours of 10pm and 7am. All sand should be rinsed off before entering the spa; otherwise, $250 will be charged.
Bi-weekly housekeeping by a professional service is required. Appliances should not run while nobody is in the home in case it malfunctions.
Pool table: when not in use cover should remain on to prevent top from bleaching from the sun. Windows are vintage and TLC should be used.

We stay at this house during the school year and love the location to the beach and the overall neighborhood. Would highly recommend it for families during the summer. We will be back again next school year since we love it so much. The host is great and very helpful.

Magic!!

We, a family of 7 (2 adults and 5 kids), have been here for a month in December 2021. Location, property, view, wi-fi, amenities, spaces...everything was awesome!! Last but not least...fantastic owners always kind and available for any need!! One of our best experience ever!

Gorgeous ocean view Laguna beach property

Everything about our stay was amazing!! The communication with the owner could not have been better! She was so responsive and replied immediately. The home itself is absolutely gorgeous. It is stunning and has incredible high end furnishings and decor. We have absolutely loved hanging out on the porch and also using the pool table room with ocean views! We would love to come back again and enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you!!
