Outdoor country meets indoor city

Overall a great place to stay. The homeowner was accessible and responded promptly to our questions and needs. The essentials were well stocked. There’s a beautiful farm market around the corner on orange and coconut and there was a Publix and various shops within a couple minutes. All the beaches were reasonably accessible for the distance. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable, but not stuffy. Two caveats were 1) that the home furnishings might not be suitable to allow small children to be around. We spent half our time in the home making sure our little ones weren’t touching anything! And 2) There was a rooster and chickens/ducks in the back yard. Our children loved it, but it might not be for everyone to wake up to the roosters crow. :-) We would absolutely stay at this place again.

Golf trip

House was clean and accommodated all of us for a golf trip although somewhat disappointing, first the house did not even have a coffee pot so we had to go out and buy one and left it behind. Second, the grill did not work so those plans went out the door as we were planning on eating in. Owner left a portable grill but it was so small it was going to be a hassle trying to grill for 5 guys. Should have let us know in advance. Burners in the stove were not working well. House was clean and accommodated all 5 of us nicely. Outside screened porch is nice but occasionally you will smell some foul odors coming from the roosters or whatever is outside
