Panoramic view of the Gâvres lagoon and Groix Island. 45m² one-bedroom apartment, very bright, on the 3rd floor, south-facing, in a small, quiet, and upscale residence. 50m from the beaches, close to the Batobus (river shuttle) for Gâvres and Lorient, 500m from shops. This lovely one-bedroom apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, a large bathroom (walk-in shower) with washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bicycle storage available. Bed linen provided. Towels available for an additional €10. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) available for €55 upon booking.
