BRITTANY HOUSE BY THE SEA MORBIHAN

This holiday home in Morbihan in Brittany literally has its feet in the water; at high tide and as you lounge on the balcony, you will be ABOVE the water.
On the ground floor, this house is composed of a kitchen open to the dining room and the living room of 37 mÂČ illuminated by two large bay windows facing south with a wide view of the sea. One bedroom with a large 15 mÂČ bed and two single beds, one of which is a bunk. Sanitary and shower.
Upstairs, a 12 mÂČ bedroom with a double bed and the sea view, facing south. A small 8 mÂČ TV lounge with a sofa bed and access to the 40 mÂČ terrace where the garden furniture awaits you.
You will have the choice between a stroll by the sea or the practice of nautical activities for you or your children right in front of the house. The south orientation of the house will make you enjoy magnificent sunrises and sunsets until the late season.

Vue sublime comme sur un bateau

Logement se situe dans un petit village, ayant un bar et restaurant charmants sur le port.Emplacement du logement idĂ©al et la vue du logement est magnifique que ce soit du salon ou de la chambre et de la terrasse Ă  l’étage. Bonne literie et logement bien agencĂ©. Quelques petits soucis au niveau des Ă©changes avec la conciergerie de M. LEBORGNE qui n’a pas vraiment pris nos remarques au sĂ©rieux et qui n’est pas forcĂ©ment professionnelle pour toutes les demandes ou problĂšmes recontrĂ©s. Heureusement que M. LEBORGNE, s’est dĂ©placĂ© de lui mĂȘme, de loin, pour nous donner un parasol de remplacement et un petit cadeau d’excuse.Encore merci.Pour le logement en lui-mĂȘme, pas grand-chose Ă  signaler, il est parfait en famille. Il peut manquer quelques petits dĂ©tails qui pourraient faire la diffĂ©rence :- ĂȘtre regardant sur le mĂ©nage effectuĂ© par les autres locataires - manque un gant pour la sortie des aliments du four - manque peut ĂȘtre juste les rudiments nĂ©cessaires pour la cuisine comme du sel et autres 
 Le meilleur a retenir est la vue splendide du logement et la gentillesse de M. Leborgne.

Haus und Lage super, Ausstattung kl. MĂ€ngel

Das Haus und die Lage sind wirklich toll. Die Möblierung des Hauses ist auch geschmackvoll und hochwertig. An so ein paar Kleinigkeitenkönnte etwas nachgebessert werden. Es gibt zum Beispiel keine tiefen Teller fĂŒr Suppe oder Ähnliches. in den Pfannen war es unmöglich etwas zuzubereiten ohne es anbrennen zu lassem. Ich habe eine beschichtete Pfanne im Lidl gekauft und dagelassen.Und es gibt nur 2 Töpfe. Diese sind aber sehr groß. Ich war alleine dort und es war fast unmöglich darin fĂŒr eine Person Nudeln oder Couscous zu kochen. Die Dachterrasse ist toll und auch die Außensteckdose sehr hilfreich. So konnte ich meinen Elektrogrill dort benutzen. Ansonsten war ich da ein bißchen von der leiblosen Möblierung enttĂ€uscht. Ein Tisch mit den gĂŒnstigsten KunststoffstapelstĂŒhlen ohne Sitzauflagen. Ich war sehr froh, das ich mir meinen eigenen Campingstuhl mitgebracht hatte und auch noch einen kleinen Tisch, auf den ich meinen Grill stellen konnte.Aber da es in der Bretagne fast immer windig ist, wĂ€re ein vernĂŒnftiger StĂ€nder fĂŒr den Sonnenschirm am Wichtigsten. Aber insgesamt waren es Kleinigkeiten, die man teilweise schon vorher in den Bewertungen lesen konnte und sich darauf einstellen. Insgesamt habe ich dort 2 Woche wirklich tollen Urlaub verbracht. Man hat von dort aus sehr viele Möglichkeiten AusflĂŒge zu unternehmen und viele Ziele sind auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen

Sensationelle Lage

Bei diesem Objekt steht die Lage und die traumhafte Aussicht im Vordergrund. Wie im Inserat beschrieben. NĂ€her am Meer ist nur ein Boot. Die Terrasse ist groß. Das Bad ist klein und da es nur eine Toilette gibt, passt das Haus meiner Meinung nach eher fĂŒr max 4 Personen. Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus war ein Plus. Boulangerie und Restaurants, sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt und weitere GeschĂ€fte alle fußlĂ€ufig gut erreichbar, Leclerc und IntermarchĂ© in wenigen Autominuten. Schade das man bei Mieten der BettwĂ€sche die Betten selbst beziehen muss. Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

C'est une maison trÚs agréable, avec une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est pratique avec beaucoup de rangements. De plus elle est trÚs bien située, à proximité de tout. Le calme et le dépaysement étaient au rendez-vous!
