Bonjour Thomas, pas de "travaux" dans la maison. "des poubelles partout dans le jardin", je dirais plutôt poubelles dans le coin poubelle, pour les verres je vous l'accorde, mais ils étaient à discrétion, aucun danger présent pour les enfants, des enfants y vivent, aucun accident n'a jamais été constaté. un geste commercial vous avez été accordé pour la partie "verre". je garde en tête que les commentaires bienveillants et visant à amélioration sont toujours les bienvenus. je garde aussi en tête que suite à mon refus à l'issue de votre demande de supplément, à déclencher chez vous une certaine animosité et j'en suis navré. la satisfaction de mes voyageurs reste une priorité. bien cordialement

Les : le nombre de chambres, de salles de bain/WC et un espace suffisant pour une grande famille, la salle de jeux.Les - : bien encore en rénovation -non précisé dans l'annonce- (électricité à finir de mettre aux normes, surtout si présence d'enfants en bas âge), manque de lumière dans la pièce de vie, jacuzzi non disponible (dates d'indisponibilité à préciser dans l'annonce), ménage et entretien du jardin à parfaire.Nous avons passé, malgré tout, un bon week-end, les remarques se voulant uniquement constructives pour de futurs locataires.

Merci Sylvie pour votre retour, en effet l'extérieur à subit les aléas climatiques récurrent de ses derniers temps, mais il sera remis au beau dès que le climat nous en laissera l'opportunité, dans le détail des équipement il est précisé que le jacuzzi n'est pas en service en ce moment car étant à l'extérieur il a lui aussi subit le climat. merci pour vos retours constructifs. au plaisir
