Renovated house at la Rémigeasse - Dolus-d'Oléron - Sleeps 8 - Near beach
We rent our house on the island of Oléron, in the heart of the village of La Rémigeasse 2min walk from the beach!
The typical Oléronaise house dates from the 1800s, completely restored in 2024, it has a terrace of 100m² including an awning and a plot of 2000m².
You will be quiet!
The house is very bright, the rooms are spacious, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets.
The bedding is new, the double beds are 160 or 90 for the 2 children.
The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, microwave, food processors, toaster, coffee machine (capsule), a large fridge. The laundry room is composed of a washing machine and a dryer.
The house is equipped with fiber, several wifi terminals are arranged to cover the whole house, an office area with 2 screens and a docking station are at your disposal to telework.
Ideally located, you can access the beach in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as the cycle paths.
You can park several cars in the garden.
