Kick back and relax in this newly renovated, ultra private, Luxury vacation home. Just bring your suitcase and bathing suit and enjoy! Fully stocked kitchen with all you'll need........Indoor or out. Desk/Work station for home office and five over sized Smart TV's for entertainment.

Porcelain floor throughout, huge kitchen with new stainless steal appliances, 3 closet master bedroom, 2 sink master bath, high tech digital shower with multiple jet heads, digital fireplace, 2 car garage are some of the other perks this home has.

The luxurious, all fenced backyard features 2400 sqft of marble pavers; just renovated, salt water, automated heated pool with Jacuzzi, spa; outdoor shower; brand new covered pergola with outdoor kitchen made with gorgeous granite counter tops, built-in fridge and grill.

PLEASE NOTE:
1 - The security deposit is NOT charged to your card when you book. It is just an agreement with Airbnb that you are willing to cover any severe damages if they are caused BY YOU during your stay. Again, they do NOT charge you or put a hold on your credit card for the security deposit. Airbnb would conduct a thorough investigation into the dispute if there were ever to be any damage.

2 - Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property’s quiet rules are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community so we appreciate you following our “house rules” during your stay. We are committed to "Rent Responsibly" standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use Noise Aware, a privacy compliant device that measures volume levels in the dining area and the back yard to report excessive nuisance noise. To reassure your privacy, there is no device inside the house that could listen or record any words, noises or activities.
3 - Regarding cameras, there are NO cameras in the backyard or pool area, nor are there any cameras on the inside of the house. To allow us to be informed of deliveries and maintenance visits to our house, we have a Ring camera doorbell for the front door as well as a Ring camera light facing the driveway, and 1 camera inside the garage to monitor the utility area.

Glorious property for Reunion

I can not imagine a more perfect layout for this long awaited, greatly anticipated reunion of dear friends. The rooms, the furnishings and gathering areas were uniquely conducive to our purpose...to reunite and laugh about the good old days. I highly recommend this lovely place!!!

Last minute

It's a pleasant surprise when there are no surprises for a last minute booking. If a comfortable and attractive updated house suits your requirements, consider this Sandlefoot Cove jem. Quiet neighborhood and very cool pool is a plus, unfortunately rain was a bit of a damper on our timing.

We had higher expectations given the pictures….

We had very high expectations of the property and our stay. We really enjoyed the design features of the property, and the house was generally clean. However the house needs some much needed maintenance and improvements, but nothing that a more attentive maintenance crew can not fix. A lot of these issues made us just not able to enjoy the house as much as we wanted to. We have to say that we also did not enjoy the neighborhood, as it is quite deteriorated and overall neglected. I realize the unit has many top reviews, sorry that ours can not be one of them. The host is very responsive, but none of the above issues were anything that could be fixed during our stay, nor would we want to deal with contractors during our stay. We will definitely not return, but it seems that others clearly enjoyed their time there.

I'm sorry you didn't find the house as great as the 99.9% of other people who've stayed there. Every time we check in with you.... you said all was great. To my knowledge there was only one issue you had with the AC not working for an hour or two. We responded instantly and arranged to send a technician within a few hours. That was during the night hours!! We pride ourselves in customer service. After you reported that the ac was working again I still offered to send the technician the next morning to double check the system and make sure it's working properly. You insisted it wasn't necessary and expressed concern about your dog having anxiety attacks when strangers come to the house. So we respected your wishes and canceled the service call. We left you a 5 star review because you didn't have any issues while you were at the house. The issue that came up was resolved and you seemed very communicative. This is now obvious not be the case. You surly don't deserve a 5 star on the communication front. More like a 1 star. We wish you only the best. We prefer you find another place to stay in the future that may better meet your unreasonable expectations.

Vacation to Boca!

Overall Harry's place was really great!! He was so easy to reach and answered all messages almost instantly, like your own personal Siri! Very responsive, which is so appreciated when away on a trip. Check-in was difficult just because the app was not working, which isn't Harry's fault. The biggest highlight is the gorgeous backyard. It truly is like having your own private resort. The pool was fantastic, being heated, and the water fountain feature and underwater lights were amazing. Also, Harry's place was immaculately clean. I am very big on cleanliness and was more than happy with the condition of the place. The kitchen is huge and appliances and counter tops are modern. You can tell that it has been renovated. If you are a family this place is a dream come true. The place also had a great air conditioning system with a fan that would blast air through the vents seamlessly. This is also important for me when I am traveling despite spending most of my time outdoors. My only complaint is I felt the bedding and mattresses were not the most comfortable. My girlfriend and I do have high expectations so please keep that in mind when reading this review. I am also not the best sleeper so sleep conditions are extra important to me. I think if the sheets and pillows were higher quality it would make a ton of difference. Also, the room with the queen bed isn't as ventilated as the rest of the house. Again, I am picky! But on a whole this place was AWESOME!!!!!

Warm and Sunny Retreat for a Northern Family

Our stay at Sandalfoot Cove was the perfect vacation for my husband and I and our adult kids. This is a special home located in an unassuming, quaint and quiet residential neighborhood. We enjoyed not having to deal with the hubbub of a crowded resort, and it was such a pleasure to have a beautiful pool (with tranquil, lulling fountains) and hot tub all to ourselves. Also, the homeowner, Harry, was a very pleasant gentleman, easy to get in touch with. He answered our questions immediately, and even gave us his cell number. The interior of the house is extremely comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The large reclining sectional and the separate reclining rocker offered plenty of room for the six of us to lounge around in during the evenings while watching a movie. The kitchen was large with a nice size table. I love the option of being able to cook while on vacation. No more family vacations for us at resorts where you have to run out for every meal or order room service, or take-out. Coffee in the morning or wine in the evening by the pool...priceless. Also, enjoying leisurely meals together with lively conversation with the people I love most in the world was also priceless. However, there are plenty of restaurants in the area for the nights that I didn't feel like cooking. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the master bath had a beautiful shower. Delray beach and Pompano beach are both about 30 minutes away, and Deerfield beach is about 20 minutes away. I highly recommend this house for couples or families looking for a relaxing, sun-filled get away to spend time together. If you are looking for a wild party house, this is not the place.
