Luxurious villa (3BR/2BR) on the water with a heated pool. The yard faces west, giving a full afternoon’s sun until dusk and is beautiful illuminated. There are 3 TV's with cable and Netflix, 1 is at the pool area. Several amenities such as: Lounge area,BBQ/grill, ice maker, climate wine cabinet, 8 fans, washer/dryer and WIFI. 5 min away from; Beach, Las Olas Boulevard, Wilton Drive, LA fitness and the Coral Ridge mall, with various shops and a supermarket.

The villa has an exceptionally luxurious appearance with a high level of finish. The new modern classic interior is tasteful and includes every conceivable comfort, ensuring you and your family/friends a wonderful stay.

There are three large flatscreen televisions with Xfinity subscription for a large number of channels. Netflix is also available. These are located in the master bedroom, in the living room and outside for viewing from the comfortable lounge furniture by the pool.

The villa features a well-equipped kitchen for cooking delicious dinners during your stay. A wide range of glassware and plastic items are also included for use by the pool. The refrigerator/freezer comes with an ice-maker.

The bathrooms and laundry are stocked with a lots of towels, including the typically American high-quality beach towels for poolside use. All bathrooms feature rain showers, while the master bedroom also has a comfortable tub with whirlpool function.

The master bedroom has a large king-size bed and flatscreen. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom on the water offers two singles that can be placed together. All bedrooms are stylishly decorated.

>> Extra single beds are prepared for bookings of 7 or 8 people. These folding beds can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the living room and are easy to move because they have wheels. For extra beds a fee of $50 per bed, per night will be charged.

Hostess Lisa will welcome you at your arrival and will show you around in the house. She is also always available to answer your questions. She will ensure everything runs smoothly, so you will enjoy your stay to the fullest.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Very relaxing…just what we needed. The host was readily available to respond to any question we had before leaving our home for the trip. His property assistant was also once we arrived at the property.

The pool was the best part of the house. The outdoor area and landscaping was beautiful and peaceful and enjoyable to be in. The interior of the house was okay. A bit dated and the decor was more “showroom” like versus a natural home environment. The beds were comfortable. There was some misinformation - the check in email said recycling was on Monday and not Thursday, the book said Thursday, which was correct. The recycling bin was completely full (and overflowing) when we arrived.

Wild Life Vacation

We enjoyed the house. The house was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen pots was durable. I loved that there were food seasonings available. Thanks Lisa! My only 3 cons was the living with the Iguanas. They scared the crap out of me daily lol. The Mosquitoes was terrible and the pool could have been cleaner. Maybe screening the patio and pool area off will cure those issues. But other than that. We Enjoyed Our Stay.

A home away from home

Our family enjoyed all this property offered - especially the warm salt water pool! The grand boys were in it every day and loved their room with the twin beds. It felt like we were at home - we made great family memories. Thank you to the hosts for their quick responses to our minor questions - no delay. This was an awesome stay!

Relaxing and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked more wash clothes for bathing but we purchased some and left them at the property so other renters would have use of them. The pool area was very nice but the mosquitoes and flying bugs were a nuisance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. Contact with the host was easy, and she responded promptly. We enjoyed the various species of birds and lizards. We even caught a fish in the canal, which we threw back. The home looked as nice as the photos on the VRBO website. We wished that all 3 bedrooms had TVs. One bedroom did not. The neighbors and neighborhood were quiet and peaceful. I would stay here again overall.

The home was beautiful just as the pictures stated. We enjoyed the pool/river view. Lots of animals to watch as you sit outside enjoying the sunny day. The TV on the patio was a nice touch! Location was superb! Many local grocery stores and close to the Fort Lauderdale Beach where we rented bikes and rode for miles.

The house was amazing. Very relaxing and great view of the canal. Enjoyed watching the fish fly up into the air. The host was was very attentive. The pool was great. We had everything we needed. Outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable. We didn’t have time to use the grill but would have been ideal. Rooms were specious and well furnished. Really didn’t like the artwork (a little scary. Easy access to house, shopping center, beach. I would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Negatives: Didn’t like the artwork. (Its a preference thing) Some of it was kind of scary. The fridge had a broken shelf/snack tray and the ice maker didn’t work. Lots of gnats, went through 3 citronella buckets. But it was all manageable. Mall problem with palmetto bugs or pantry bugs above the coffee maker cabinets. But not too bad. Overall we had a great time.

Great Home in Fort Lauderdale.

We just went down for a long weekend it turned out we didn't want to leave, we tried to stay, but unfortunately it was booked. WE had a little glitch getting in the first day, but Lisa was right on it. I texted her and within 5 minutes she texted back and we were in. The kitchen is well equipped, the living room comfortable. The backyard area though was outstanding. With the pool and canal in the back with comfortable places to sit and relax. Truly a great vacation, and I hope I get a chance to stay there again.
