Great little house!

This place had everything we needed and was close to everything you could need or want. We hope to rent this place again in a few years when we come back!

The rental was exactly what our family needed for the weekend as we were attending a number of events at the Greensboro Aquatic Center. The home was really clean and comfortable.

Lots of potential not the best neighborhood

This is a pristine, newly remodeled cottage. A few improvements would really enhance comfort. Like side tables in the bedrooms and storage. End tables and a coffee table in the living area would also help. There's just not much space to set things down. The house is very near the convention center but the neighborhood is quite rundown and the property is overgrown giving a poor first impression. That being said we had a nice stay and the property manager was fantastic.

Everything you need

We had a nice stay at this home. It’s extremely clean and had everything that we needed for 3 days. We always appreciate a place that allows our dogs to travel with us! The backyard is very large, but not completely enclosed by the fence, so dogs need to stay on leash. It was not a problem for us, but something to pass along to other dog owners that may rent this home. For someone needing access to the Coliseum, this location would be perfect!

Great Choice

Clean and organized. Welcomed with a few items that were great. Plenty of space. Warm and comfortable. Very much appreciate the hospitality provided.
