Large fenced backyard with mature trees, large deck, a screen room, BBQ grill, and a fire pit. New 14-game arcade and foosball. Spacious 4 bedrooms plus basement provides ample space. New furniture in the entire house. Big kitchen with large windows and nice view. High speed Gigabit internet, smartTVs with Netflix in the living room, two bedrooms, and the basement. Crib is available.

This is a spacious vacation home perfect for family gathering and business purpose. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds) and a full bathroom on the first floor. There are two bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a queen bed, a twin size futon, and a crib) and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is also a queen size day bed and a twin size futon in the fully furnished basement.

Easy access: Keypad entry, one small steps at the front door.

Spacious rental in a great location! Quiet little street within walking distance of Purdue campus. It was perfect for a visit with our college kid over fall break. Great location to walk to campus. The large fenced in back yard was wonderful to hang out around the fire pit. The kitchen provided everything we needed and the grill was great to have for meals.

Great Family Gathering House

We had family from all over the country in Lafayette for my Mom's memorial. This house was perfect because it has many distinct conversation areas- both inside and out. Younger cousins were outside at the firepit and older ones inside at the table. Big kitchen counter that held the pizza. Truly ideal.
