The in-ground swimming pool (8.5 m x 4 m), secured by an electric cover, becomes the centerpiece of summer days. With its deckchairs, hammock, and water games, it promises moments of absolute relaxation. And to prolong the conviviality, a pétanque court completes this outdoor space designed for the perfect vacation.

The interior of the house is designed to combine modernity, comfort, and pleasure. The spacious and bright main room is air-conditioned to offer you welcome coolness during hot summer days. The hallway leading to the bedrooms is also air-conditioned, ensuring optimal comfort throughout the house.
