On the Ocean, Well Appointed, Rental, Ready to Enjoy

This property is a great getaway destination with all of the amenities expected at a class resort. The 1724 square foot unit is on the sixth floor. All of the appliances are brand new including a 65-inch wall mounted smart HD TV. All three bedrooms also have smart TVs. Come and see the spectacular east views of the sunrise, the night sky, the Atlantic Ocean and the beach from the living room, the master bedroom or from the east balcony. This unit has a one month minimum rental requirement.
You can enjoy the sunset from the unit in the west rooms or on the balcony overlooking the sanctuary and the intercoastal waterway. Enjoy hiking and biking on well-maintained trails located directly on the property. Marineland is less than one mile to the North of this property and is always a great experience.
This unit sleeps six guests comfortably and we have enjoyed eight guests on several occasions. This would be a great long term rental unit. This unit has a one month minimum rental requirement.

A wonderful May
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Surfclub III unit 620. Mark was so easy to work with and he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Condo was beautiful and comfortable. The residents were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you rent this condo for an an incredible month like ours!

Wonderful Stay at Surf Club, unit 620
We had an incredible stay at unit 620 at Surf Club. There was nothing that we needed and enjoyed our vacation even though we experienced a hurricane, had no power for a few days, no elevators for a week or so and the other things that go along with the troubles that follow a hurricane. The owner stayed in touch with us and kept us up on what was going on and when services might be back. We are renting May and October in 2017 and cannot return quick enough. Had a wonderful time!!

I worked in Palm Coast form 2000 to 2008 and decided to buy rather than rent. My job has take me away from the area but I do not want to sell this unit.
