The holiday home is situated on the top floor of a residential and commercial building in a central location, near the city harbor, beach promenade and chalk cliffs. Ideal starting point for hikes through the National Park Jasmund. Distance to the ferry port 7 km, to the sandy beach 8 km, to the water 0.5 km and to the train station 0.5 km. Modern, comfortable apartment about 70 m² with views of the Baltic Sea, the city and the beech forest with chalk cliffs. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed, seating area, radio and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area and a 25 m², furnished roof terrace. There is a second separate bedroom for 3 and 4 person available. Bathroom with bath and shower. Sheets and towels once included, parking space at the house, pets not allowed!Swimming pool and sauna are reachable in a few minutes. A breakfast café with bakery and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Wifi connection is available !!

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Wir waren zu zweit in der Wohnung zwei Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Geräumige und gut aufgeteilt, Küche war alles vorhanden was man braucht, besonders hat uns der Freisitz mit einem tollen Blick auf die Ostsee gefallen, auch hier schöne Möbel zum verweilen. Ja das Haus steht an der Straße hat uns aber gar nicht gestört. Hervorheben möchte ich den Parkplatz hinter dem Haus , sehr sicher, Klasse ist das auch für Motorräder. Ich fahre selber und da weiß ich wie cool das war. Die Vermieter sind total nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Liebe Grüße

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Super-Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge

Da wir keine Strandgänger sind, war Sassnitz der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und für Wanderungen im Norden der Insel, Hafen in direkter Nähe. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundliche Vermieter.

Sehr schöne und komfortable Wohnung mit super Dachterrasse. Angenehme und nette Vermieter. Das Meer ist durch die schönen Gassen leicht erreichbar. Verpflegung mit Bäcker, Supermarkt zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sassnitz selbst ist ein schönes Städtchen und auch nicht so überlaufen. Insgesamt war es ein erholsamer Urlaub.

Wunderschöne zentralgelegene Ferienwohnung

Wir waren von dieser großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung begeistert. Durch das schöne Wetter haben wir jeden Morgen auf der großen Terrasse unser Frühstück genossen. Alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Durch die gute Verbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Fewo auch für Urlauber, die ohne Auto anreisen besonders gut geeignet. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.
