About this property

Palacio 3/2 on 17th Floor with a Million Dollar View

Our 17th floor condo has breath taking views and is almost 1600 sq. ft. It is casual and comfortable with cozy living room furniture, comfortable balcony with majestic view, elegant master.!

The master bedroom features a king sized bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate roomy shower. In the living room, we have comfortable furniture (including a queen sleeper sofa),

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and shares a bath with the third bedroom which has a set of bunk beds with a full on bottom and twin on top,

There are smart TV's in each bedroom and the living room.

The kitchen includes all stainless steel appliances and the refrigerator provides filtered water and ice. All the cookware, dinner ware and accessories you need are here as well.

In addition, we have a high chair and pack n play for use during your stay. One less thing to pack for your family vacation!

The Palacio complex offers two pools, one heated, and a hot tub. Beach access is directly off the pool and beach chair/umbrella service is available (from a third party). Other amenities include a Fitness Room overlooking the Gulf, and tennis courts.


Plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and children's activities are located nearby for those times when you can drag yourself away from the pristine beaches and turquoise water.

Everything you need for a great get away is here. Just unpack your bags and put your toes in the sand or listen to the surf from your private balcony! Paradise awaits you!

Area is very convenient to Orange Beach, or pensacola. Has great beach access, close by grocery stores. Owner is very helpful and very responsive. Would for stay here again..

Don’t forget to pack your binoculars! We saw a lot of sea life from the elevated balcony. The beach was clean and the beach service was a nice addition! Palacio and Shere provided a wonderful experience!

We loved the unit! Overall, the stay was great. The tile floors and / or carpets looked clean but found them to be dirty from our white socks. :) Parking was a nightmare. Not enough handicap near the condo.

Beautiful!!!!

We stayed in Shere's condo with 2 families/8 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. The condo is just as described and the photos are exactly what you'll find when you stay. The views morning, afternoon and evening are amazing! The host, Shere, is quick to respond and great to work with. She made us aware of an after hours entry code change that was happening during our stay, which might seem small but many other guests at the Palacio were unable to get in because they were not aware of the change. We made great memories with great friends! We will be back!

Beautiful 3 bedroom Condo with view and location

Very clean unit with comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped and everything worked just fine. The beach set up was a nice touch and the view is amazing. Only draw back was parking but the extra passes really helped. We had a hard time finding a place to park at times returning to the property (we had 2 cars) during the peak times around the 4th of July. Check in was a bit slow just due to large number of people waiting on elevators but after that initial inconvenience the elevators were not a problem. Pool area was clean and kept nice. Grills could use a little maintenance as 2 of them have loose or broken grilling grates and one is loose to the ground. Thank you for providing the Kuerig machine!

Gorgeous View/Clean/Comfortable

We stayed at this property for one week between Christmas and New Years. There were 5 of us, 2 adults, our adult daughter (who has a walking disability), and 2 teenagers ages 16 and 18. We are from MI so we were thrilled to escape the blizzard and relax with some sand and gulf views. I will list the pros and cons that we experienced based on our family and needs. Pros: *The view is phenomenal! We slept with the slider open and enjoyed hearing the ocean waves as we fell asleep and woke up. * The floorplan was great as our kids' bedrooms were separate from ours and we could each have our own bathrooms and sleeping space. * The unit was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. * There are grocery stores very close by and plenty of restaurants within a mile walking distance. * Carts are available for loading and unloading your car * Large balcony for playing games, meals and relaxing. * Many games and puzzles to do! Cons: * Our daughter has a walking disability so she cannot walk long distances or do steps. There is no way to get to the pool from inside the building without steps. You have to walk outside and through the parking garage. If you had a wheelchair or stroller or wagon this would be challenging. There is also no way to get to the beach from the building as the boardwalk to the beach from the pool area has steps. The building next door has a ramp instead of steps to the building. Thankfully, my sister was staying in that building so we used their beach access. Again, if you had a wagon or stroller, this would be challenging. We made it work and still enjoyed the beach! * They are doing construction and balcony repair on the building. We appreciated that our host confirmed that there would not be construction on our balcony while we were there. However, they were working on the balconies surrounding us and began working at 7am with LOUD banging and grinding. No sleeping in for us! When I asked the building manager about this, he was very rude and said, "They told me they do not start working until 8am." I replied that they were indeed starting at 7am, and he replied "No, they are not supposed to start until 8am so I don't know what you are hearing." He declined my invite to 7am coffee at our unit. He warned that construction would be going on through March 2023. Overall, we loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Made some great family memories!

Perfect location

This is a beautiful location, property, and condo. Excellent communication was provided by the host. The amenities and private beach access gave us a perfect family vacation. Bonus: A wonderful plaza across the way includes an ice cream shoppe and the area's best gluten-free pizza for thise looking for either! Publix is only a couple of minutes away for grocery needs. This is the perfect location for a hassle-free time with family or friends.

Why they chose this property

I spent my teenage years at Pensacola Beach, but I prefer vacationing here at Perdido so that everything I need (restaurants and grocery stores) right here without having to go over a toll bridge everyday. I find that I enjoy many restaurants here, in Orange Beach, at Gulf Beach, Foley and Penscola. It's a great location. I enjoy the less-commercialized, quieter area of the gulf beaches!!

What makes this property unique

This is the perfect property for dolphin-watching from the balcony, walking across the street for restaurants, enjoying a great white beach. Being on the 17th floor allows for a magnificent view .Since we are higher than the neighboring condo, you can see all the way down the island. We enjoy beautiful sunsets from our balcony, as well!
