Beautifully landscaped home in Bay Indies Resort Community. 2/2 with Florida room, outdoor furnished area with large BBQ grill. W/D, newly remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, all floors newly laminated, nicely decorated, multi car parking with a double wide carport. Florida room has new Italian tile, 2 new windows and new ceiling fan. Pet free and smoke free. On cul-de-sac by 3.8 mile walking trail, no neighbors behind the house. Bay Indies has 3 pools and saunas, library, fitness center, many other amenities. 3 miles to Venice Beach. Less than a mile to downtown Venice.
