This freshly painted unit provides an open floor plan with plenty of natural light, complete with beautiful terrazzo floors. Updated kitchen with new cabinets and appliances including dishwasher and built in microwave. Includes Wifi and Amazon Fire TV in both bedrooms and Living Room. Only 3.5 miles from Manasota Key and less than 10 miles from Casey Key. Pets are welcome, for an additional fee, subject to insurance carrier approval of breed(s). * Bikes on site but NOT included in the rental - use at your own risk. Shamrock park is a short (1.1 mile) bike ride away, with tennis courts, basketball courts and biking/walking paths along the inner coastal. Watch the planes take off and land at Venice airport, see the dolphins swim, and take in the beautiful sunsets. Our lot has an over sized yard with plenty of room for pets and kids to run and play. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Your comfort and satisfaction is extremely important to us. We make every effort to provide a clean, comfortable environment that you will want to come back to. We would rather be in our Venice home than anywhere on earth and hope you will enjoy it too.
