Escape to this NEW BUILD mountain home. A sanctuary nestled on the 9th faraway of Bear Lake Golf course, at the heart of the Sweetwater community in Garden City, Utah.

Central to everything. Lake views, mountain views, and golf course views at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. Custom bunk room, private hot tub, and a massive garage with activities for a variety of groups. Fully furnished from top to bottom, well stocked kitchen, thoughtfully laid out common spaces with room for everyone and big plans for extra living space outdoors. This property really packs a punch.

*Rich County short-term rental License good for 22 occupants, ages 5+. Children 4 and under do not count towards occupancy*

MAIN LEVEL

Primary Bedroom (main level): Beautiful canopy king bed, Samsung class frame series smart TV, wardrobe, sitting area, ensuite full bathroom and plenty of room for a pack and play.

Main Level Bedroom/Bedroom 2/Mountain View Guest (main level): Luxurious queen bed, smart TV, full closet, pack and play, with mountain views.

Main Level Bathroom/Bathroom 2 (main level): Full bathroom, custom tile, shower/bath combo, enough counter space and storage for everyone.

Main Level Laundry: Conveniently located off of the garage, speed queen washer and dryer. Limited supplies available to guests.

Large Open Kitchen: Full size fridge, plenty of cabinets, keurig machine, blender, toaster, insta-pot, mixer, high chair & anything else you'd ever need. Large island with ample seating.

Open Main Living & Dining: Welcoming and cozy living space with room for all. Gas fireplace and smart TV. Floor to ceiling Windows and double doors that lead to a sizable deck. Large dining table to share meals, games and quality time. The Main living areas will also be decorated for the Holidays.

LOWER LEVEL

Lower Level Living /Walk Out Basement: Inviting sectional, large smart TV, gas fireplace, shuffle board table as well as other toys, books and games. There are 2 roll away beds available for this space.

3rd Bedroom/Triple Twin (lower level): 3 twin beds, daylight window, full size closet.

4th Bedroom/Lower Level Ensuite (lower level): Spacious king bed, smart TV, closet, sitting chair that can double as a single bed, ensuite full bathroom (bathroom 4), daylight window, as well as a pack and play.

5th Bedroom/Bunk Room (lower level): Custom Bunk-room, its the perfect hang out for younger guests or if you want to pack all of your best buds in for your stay. 11 twin beds and 1 single mattress tucked in the play cubby.

Lower Level Bath/Bathroom 3 (lower level): Full Bathroom, plenty of counter space, linen closet with heaps of extra towels.

Outdoor spaces: BBQ, private hot tub, patio furniture, swings and more. There is outdoor living space on the main level, as well as the lower level. There is turf with a lifetime play dome.

Sweetwater Sanctuary Bear Lake

The property was well appointed and had many nice upgrades. Towels and bedding were top notch, kitchen was well stocked, with all appliances we needed for a week's stay. Bedroom to bath ratio fit our group perfectly. The neighborhood is quiet without daily or nightly noise. The lake is accessible through the resort, which made beach access and an onsite store and activity center/pool a nice addition. We traveled 13 hours and were appreciative of this two storied home to house our large group.

Thoroughly Enjoyable

The property was immaculate, exceptionally well appointed and had plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space. The shaded decks with amazing vies of the lake were the favorite gathering and conversation spots.

Kids Loved It

The kids loved the swings, the climbing done, and the bunk beds. Plenty of room for them to run around and play. A few people on our party woke up early enough to see the breathtakingly beautiful sunrise views from the deck. It’s a really pretty place.

Fun for our family reunion

Very Accommodating

We came for a quick weekend family reunion and this house was perfect in accommodating all 21 of us. The house was well stocked and had fun things for the kids to do when we were back at the house from our reunion.

Relaxing Break

Very cozy cabin that everyone enjoyed. Kids loved the bunk room, hot tub, etc. First time we have stayed in Bear Lake during the Winter and sledding just up the hill at the golf course was great! Communications with Jess for check-in and anything else we needed was wonderful. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful Clean Gathering Space with fantastic views!

This home is clean, aesthetically beautiful, comfortably decorated, fabulous location and stunning views! The kitchen is well stocked. The floor plan is awesome with great gathering areas, the outdoor swing and hot-tub were wonderful! Pros -Access to Ideal Beach Resort and their amenities (very easy to access!) -Location and incredible views-truly! -Lots of seating-we loved how there was seating indoors as well as on the deck. -Clean, new and decorated like out of a magazine. -Lots of beddys bedding (some loved them, others did not but they make making the bed so easy with just a zip up) -Thoughtful guest supplies like s’mores sticks, recipe book, first aid kit, cleaning supplies -Lots of towels available-this was so nice! -Lots of hooks in the bathroom which was so convenient -Fun games and activities at the home (ping pong, dart, board games etc) -Fridge in the kitchen as well as in the garage Cons -Mostly twin beds-the bunk room is awesome and we were impressed with how many beds could be fit into one room but it is pretty tight between the beds-some felt like they were sleeping in a tight cave and kept hitting their heads -The larger beds were comfortable but the twins were not -Bring extra toilet paper (each bathroom was allotted 2-3 rolls and they were small rolls-not the Costco size ;) -Bring some large mixing bowls, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked -Kitchen faucet took some getting use to as it is one of the touch ones

Poor customer service. Disappointing amenities. Beware of trash policy! In all fairness, it was good, until it wasn't. We were made aware before arrival that some of the amenities would not be useable because the guests beforehand had misused. Upon arrival we were then made aware that hot tub would not be in working condition for the entirety of our stay and were told we would be refunded only 50. We understood that these things can happen and so did not initially create a fuss. After an otherwise, pleasant stay, I was made aware by property manager that we would be charged 40 for not packing our trash out down the road. It is true, that this was buried in the long check-in text, but was not shown/clear in the checkout instructions on the property. We were also told that we violated the "loose trash" policy, by leaving our one trash bag that we used in the garage, next to the garbage bin that was already completely full when we had arrived. After suggesting to the PM, that the waiving of the trash fees would've been a nice gesture since we were unable to use the hot tub and that she had expressed how bad she felt about it, she then went on the defensive, first offering 25 off of fee, and then finally offering 15% discount on next stay and 100 for ice cream, missing the point completely. I wasn't looking for all of that, just some proof that they were trying to create a great experience, like she claimed. Instead, she wasted lots of mine and her time arguing her points.

We had a great time, great location, great views and perfect space for our family. I suggest putting plastic shower mats in all the bathrooms since it was slippery and dangerous. Other than that this was a perfect place for a get away with family.

Sweet lake sanctuary

We loved staying at this beautiful new home with stunning views of the lake. A short drive to the beach with access to ideal beach resort. This home was well equipped, had something for everyone. We had a group with a variety of ages. We loved the swings and fire place outside. Very spacious and clean. We will definitely always stay at sweet water when visiting Bear Lake.

Amazing home with the best view!

We loved our stay here with our family. We ate every meal outside on the balcony with the gorgeous view and watched a mama deer and her babies walk by us two of the nights. The home was so clean and beautiful. It was peaceful and felt like it was partly in the mountains with the pines right by us but still so close to the lake to go boat. There was plenty of parking which was nice too. And all the extra towels was so nice! Jess was so sweet and responded quickly to any message even while being away on her own trip. We would highly recommend staying here! It’ll be hard to beat.

Wonderful Group Stay

We brought our youth exchange group to this amazing house! We do an exchange each year with Utah National Guard Youth and the Kingdom of Morocco. We had 4 adults and 20 youth staying. It was a perfect setup, clean, comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful! Thank you for a great get away!

Beautiful home

We had a great time. The house was clean and new. The kitchen has much more than pictured. I took a few things from home but didn't need to. They had bowls and casserole dishes. We loved the hot tub. The boys loved ping pong and shuffle board. We were happy with Ideal Beach. We rented a boat from Bear Lake rentals which is close. We loved the view of the lake and ate most of our meals on the deck. We used one of the smart TV'S to show an old family movie.
