This modern, bright apartment in Warnemünde is located on the 3rd floor at the Heinrich-Heine-Straße. It offers plenty of space and comfort for 2 people. There is also the possibility of an extra bed in the living room. The beautiful round balcony you look at the green trees of the Heinrich-Heine Street and the Warnemünder spa gardens. From late autumn to spring you can even see the beach and the Baltic Sea. On foot it is only a few meters from the white Baltic Sea beach. The building has an elevator. A parking space can be booked with the landlord at least 1 week before arrival.

Apartment at the spa park:
The apartment is furnished for 3 persons with cable TV, a sofa bed and a living / dining room and a separate bedroom with double bed, TV and a baby travel bed if required. The bathroom is a full bath.   The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is a Non smoking apartment. You are welcome but smoking on the balcony. The apartment is suitable for elderly, bicycle storage are available.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

In der Wohnung hat man genug Platz. Geschirr ist für 2 Personen genug vorhanden, Besteck könnte etwas mehr sein. Die Möblierung ist ausreichend aber nicht sonderlich bequem (Couch, Stühle). Die Möbel haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Ganz besonders ersichtlich an der Küchenzeile und im Bad. Für meinen Geschmack sollte so einiges ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage ist super. Zum Strand ca. 5 min., zur Shoppingmeile am Strom ca. 10min.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr geräumig f. 2 Pers. Uns fehlte nichts. Nur ein Kleiderschrank wäre für längere Aufenthalte von Nöten gewesen. Wir können diese Fewo. weiterempfehlen.
