This once mother/daughter 2 family home as been transformed into 1 beautiful spacious 1 family home with amenities to keep the whole family occupied.
Parking- up to 8 cars can park into driveway. No parking on street
Primary living room- 65 inch smart Samsung tv, basic cable channels with free HBO Max. Large sectional couch with coffee table. Electric fireplace with remote and air purifier
Dining room- large wood dining room table with 8 chairs
Main kitchen - Electric oven/stove combo, microwave , refrigerator,toaster, portable indoor/outdoor grill, dishwasher, coffee machine with complimentary k cups and all your coffee needs. Pots , pans, dishes , cups, utensils , silverware, we have everything you need to cook a big family meal .2 closets, one is for cleaning , and another for sports equipment such as a football, soccer ball, soccer nets, jump rope, volleyball, Limbo game set and badminton racquet set
Game Room- Pool table which can be converted into a ping pong table, pop a shot basketball game, foosball table, darts, putting range with putter club and 3 golf balls
Laundry Room- Washer and dryer with complimentary liquid tide soap
2nd Living room- Transformed into a poker room with state of the art poker table for 6, which can be flipped to other side for a dining room table. Chips and cards included for poker . Chess table with 2 massage chairs. Chess pieces and chess clock included. 50 inch Samsung smart tv with free HBO max . 1 futon sofa couch, 1 full bar with all your drink making needs
Kitchen 2- stainless steel appliances . Refrigerator, oven stove . Coffee machine, and a popcorn machine with with complimentary seeds, oil , and flavocal salt to make movie theater popcorn right from the home. (Instructions on use will be in house manual when you enter premises). Kitchen table for 3 . Plates and cups provided , but we prefer all cooking be done in primary kitchen
Back patio - 5 person jetted hot tub with led lights and lounge. (Please put spa cover back on after use ). Propane gas grill ,propane tank provided,picnic style table with built in umbrella as well as storage bench with seating . A large volleyball net
Bonfire area- outdoor fire pit table for wood only ( wood not provided) with 2 4 person wood benches on each side
Front porch- 1 sitting hammock, 4 chairs and 2 small tables
All bedroom have closets and storage space as well as portable heaters , ceiling or portable fans. Iron with ironing board can be found in primary bedroom.
Extra pillows and linen can be found upstairs in closet labeled bedding.
All bathrooms are supplied with bar soaps , main bathroom are provided with shampoo as well. Primary bathroom has blow dryer
Assault air bike in primary bedroom, and we have a board game section with many board games in bedroom 4
We are constantly updating and there might be more features as we get more guests . There is a suggestion box in main living room if you have any ideas of how we can improve our listing

Other things to note
We offer self check in , but if you want to use community amenities such as golf, lake , pool etc, you will have to check in through community center which is located 2 blocks from residence. There is an extra fee to use the community amenities of $100 total for the entire stay. If you opt in for this you will be charged the $100 during yoir stay but i will need your first names and ages to register you
