Located just half a mile from Okemo, this home offers guests quick access to skiing, ice skating, hiking, mountain biking, and much more. Inside, the chef of the group will enjoy cooking in the full kitchen and serving a meal at the table for six, or you can walk to a number of restaurants if you prefer to eat out. In the evenings, you can sit out on the back deck and listen to the Black River below, or cozy up in front of the fireplace with some hot cocoa while you stream your favorite movies and shows on the mounted flatscreen TV. The home's high-speed WiFi makes it quick and easy for remote workers and students to complete their projects on time.

The place was good had everything you needed. Parking if you come in on a Friday is a mess. There is a tap house in the same place so there's a good chance you'll have to park elsewhere. Some small thing, remotes for TV didn't work, beds were okay but it was a good distance to Okemo, it was clean and there's a lot of restaurants and stores around you can just walk too. I wish this was more just overall information on how to get in there since there was construction going on or guidebook inside the place but overall for what it was it was fine.

Convenient, dog-friendly property

The unit itself is very big and nice. A great deal. The building is somewhat run-down and undergoing construction. At check-in the lights were off in the hallways and finding our unit was confusing with sections of the building shut down for construction. Downtown Ludlow convenient, but much of the town was shutdown for the offseason. I would assume it is much more crowded and lively during the ski season.

We had a nice stay at the property. The unit is very very dated and not completely accurate to the description. It felt very rundown and the actual property is not in good condition. While we enjoyed the stay we would not recommend it for a family going forward.

The place was in a nice location but super noisy apartment with street noise, garbage being taken out nearby in big dumpster, and the worst part was a horrendously loud rattling and banging happening a few seconds every single minute that sounded like from a water or vent pipe within the building, made it intolerable to sleep overnight and super annoying during the day.

It was an arctic plunge outside and inside temperature dropped to 60 degrees. Only thin blankets on beds resulted in shivering and sleeping in winter jackets. The property was fine, but I expect more (real blankets on beds) when paying over $600 a night.

Parking was listed as two spots. However there was absolutely no parking available. Having to walk with a ton of ski gear across an icy street was insane. Apartment wasn't very clean and there weren't extra towels for the additional guests on the couch. Honestly wasn't worth the price.

Great Location and Well-Stocked

This riverfront condo was awesome! Only a mile from Okemo skiing and the sound of the river right outside of the door! It is right in the heart of town with shops, hardware store, gas station & restaurants just steps away. It was clean, spacious and toasty warm in the cold weather of December. We were pleasantly surprised at how well-stocked it was with dishes, pots & pans, cooking utensils and even dish soap and some cooking spices. The only drawback was that the washer & dryer were not located in the condo. They were just down the hall and required quarters to pay for each load, but it we were able to get quarters at the bank across the street. I would highly recommend this place.

The space was lovely--the river in back is wonderful, as is the proximity to Okemo. It's a simple walk out to the restaurants & bars in the little village of Ludlow, which was delightful. The beds left something to be desired, as did the pillows--not something I would gripe about usually, but for $300/night it seems to me that decent pillows are in order (if not comfortable mattresses). There were a few broken items in the condo--a lamp, a wall plug, a terrifically sticky pull-out sofabed with...You guessed it!...a thin mattress--but as long as none of that matters & all you're looking for is a cozy spot close by the mountain, then this is the place for you. Oh, & there was a chocolate birthday cake left behind by the previous renters (I assume) along with a kid's drawing. Otherwise, the place was spotless, which was nice.
