Had a great stay as the property was easy to find, very clean, properly equipped and well laid out. Property itself is very well maintained and private. Convenient and easy to Okemo and local restaurants/groceries. Owners were awesome to work with and very responsive. Will rebook for sure.

My son and I stayed here for the Overland Gravel race and trail run. Everything about the space was pretty much as expected. We made dinner on the grill and sat outside between races and had a great salmon and grilled peppers dinner. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was basically equipped and had everything we needed. Best thing about the place for us though was, undoubtedly, the goats. We spent serious time just hanging out with the four of them and rubbing their heads. Such a pleasant distraction. This area is quite beautiful. Had an awesome post dinner walk down the street. The Xanadu farm made me appreciate some of the simpler things in life.
