We enjoyed our stay here in Cannes. It was close to Vieux-Port de Cannes where we were for work. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. A/C was nice as it was very hot when we were there. There is no elevator which is pretty common in little euro stays. So be prepared to carry your luggage up 5 flights of stairs lol. Pretty perfect place and location, only drawback was towels. We were there for 10 days and only had 2 small towels with only 2 pods for the washing machine. So we had to buy towels and washing machine pods at store which was close. Other than that, a great place to stay in Cannes.
