Situated in Creekside, a 1-minute walk to the *chairlift, our recently renovated (October 2020), newly decorated and painted 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom condo in the Lake Placid Lodge has everything you’ll need for a 5-star vacation in Whistler.
This 3-Bedroom spacious 2-story 1500 sq. ft. condo is equipped with everything you will need to make you feel at home.
Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a "Noiseaware". It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
With easy access to ground floor ski and bike storage, return home to enjoy your apres ski in the spacious, comfortable living area with gas fireplace, air conditioning and cathedral ceilings.
THE LAYOUT
Our suite has 3 full bedrooms (2 king-size beds, and 1 queen). In addition, we also have a sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom as well as the living room. We use only the highest quality linens for your comfort.
As you walk in through the front door, our open-concept living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace and a large, comfortable couch will instantly make you feel right at home. The fully stocked kitchen with all you need to entertain is just off of the living room with a large sunlit window and dining room table. There is also a nice outdoor seating area just off of the dining table for our guests to enjoy the fresh, mountain air. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor. The master has a KING sized bed with a 3 piece ensuite bathroom and washer/dryer. The master bedroom also provides a wonderful outdoor patio for our guests to enjoy their morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is spacious and comfortable for a couple or single person. This main floor also boasts another FULL bathroom, (bathtub, too!). Ideal for families.
The upstairs provides another beautiful bedroom with a KING sized bed
and a high-quality double-sized pull-out sofa bed. Ideal for a small family.
Groups can still enjoy their privacy. There are 2 TVs with cable, internet and Netflix included (must sign into your own accounts).
A GREAT LOCATION FOR ALL SEASONS!
We are across the street from the Creekside Village which has convenient *mountain access with rarely any line-ups. Shops include the Creekside Market supermarket, coffee shops, BC Liquor Store, ski shops (with winter rentals) and Whistler Mountain Kids Camp, a ski school and daycare (winter only). Dusty's Bar, for apres, is a 3 min walk away. Lots of great, quaint restaurants within walking distance. Whistler village is a 5-minute car or bus ride away. Local and Vancouver city bus stop is 50 meters from the complex.
LAUNDRY
We have in-suite laundry facilities for your use. Nothing like being able to come home with clean laundry! Also, great for warming up your gear between ski runs.
SKI/BIKE STORAGE
Secure Ski and Bike Storage is available for our guests. You will need to get your own ski lock to lock up your gear.
POOL AND HOT TUB
The Lake Placid Lodge is one of the best facilities in Whistler! With year-round access to the heated pool, hot tub, and outside sauna our condo is a great option for all travellers.
ADVISORY!! The hot tub will be out of service beginning September 5, 2023 and will run for approximately 6-7 weeks due to retiling. The pool, sauna and sundeck will remain open during this time.
BBQ
There are complex BBQs for your use (see photos) by the pool and hot tub area.
PARKING
FREE heated and underground secure parking is available for our guests for up to 2 vehicles.
PLEASE NOTE
Stays over seven days require mid-stay cleaning for 160 CAD.
Please note that we ask our guests to take out all garbage and recycling when they leave. If this is not done, there will be a $150 charge after your reservation.
***We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what's supplied***
**Please note: Any stay over 10 night will result in a midstay cleaning fee of $150.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation**

Please be advised that the sauna is currently under maintenance as of Feb 23, 2024. After further investigation, it has been determined that the heater unit has multiple failed thermostats and will be out of service while repairs are completed.
The Strata is currently waiting to hear back regarding the sourcing of required parts and currently do not yet have a date that the parts will arrive, however, repairs are being expedited. Updates will be provided as they become available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
