Nestled in the breathtaking Benchlands of Whistler, this stunning, fully renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhome offers an ideal blend of style, comfort, and convenience. With an unmatched location, beautiful views, and easy access to the free shuttle to the ski and bike lifts, as well as walking distance to Lost Lake Park, this home is perfectly positioned for year-round mountain living.

From the moment you step inside, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere that flows throughout the home. The entry and mudroom area provides ample space for gear storage and includes two convenient benches, making it easy to transition in and out after a day outdoors. The expansive open-concept kitchen and living area serves as the heart of the home, featuring a spacious L-shaped sofa and a striking ceiling-to-floor fireplace feature wall, creating a cosy and social space for relaxing and entertaining.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a tub and shower. On the ground floor, you will find two additional spacious and comfortable bedrooms designed with families and groups in mind. The second bedroom features a twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower serves these rooms, providing convenient access for all guests.

Additional features include a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, high-speed WiFi, in-suite washing machine and dryer, BBQ, and pet-friendly accommodation, ensuring a comfortable and well-equipped stay in every season.

Location
Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the upper village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. These lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

One assigned parking space in a secure underground parkade. Visitor "short term parking" spots located on the right either side of the underground parkade.
⌂ No smoking, no parties, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 6 adults and max occupancy is 7 adults. The 7th adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
⌂ One pet is permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$75.00 (plus tax) will be charged.
⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
